I reached out to Protech Electrical in need of services for electrical maintenance to make sure everything was safe in my house before I began some home renovations. Renaldo and Malvin showed up on time and were both very professional and knowledgeable. They both do a fantastic job of talking you through what they are doing and why they are doing it. They replaced some outlets and performed a general maintenance check on all of the outlets in my house. The entire process took less than an hour. I am very impressed with their service and efficiency. I highly recommend this company to anyone worried about their home electrical wiring situation. They did a great job replacing the outdated smoke alarms in our condo. We have the latest detectors, and they added some wiring works in our two bedrooms. All of that is because of the knowledge & efficiency of these electricians.

I have a two-story row home in Philadelphia and was looking for a licensed electrician to upgrade my electrical service to 200AMP. Altin came out same-day to provide an estimate and had the job schedule for that week. He showed up on time and replaced the service entrance and conduit with PVC, installed the new panel and put in grounding rods. I was impressed with everyone wearing masks and using shoe coverings to keep the house clean. When the job was finished they bagged all the trash and left the place spotless. Can't recommend Mata Electric enough, they do quality work at a competitive price and will be my go to for any future electric projects.

Showed up the day after he did the work, early in the Am during a blizzard just make sure everything was ok.

Recently moved into an old house (1901) with outdated electric. Problems arose the day before settlement and Steve with TE sent someone out within hours. They analyzed the problem and provided an immediate quote. Following settlement, Dimitri began work and caught several major issues - the biggest being an ungrounded house with a bad negative connection. Once renovations began, he walked me through the issues and the best solutions. This was a major expense, so long the way, Dimitri looked for ways to cut costs and save me a few $$$. Overall, couldn't be happier with the communication, response time, and quality of service!

Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away. They were very professional and transparent when it comes to the parts that need to be replaced. The price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician!

I wrote a review a few weeks ago after Mike J came to do our electrical inspection, so I am rewriting it now that the work is done. This is lengthy.It's not surprising to me that GEN3 has almost 1500 reviews and an impeccable reputation. Everyone from Mike J, to Jess in the office, to Cyrus and Joe who actually did the work, to supervisor Dan who I met with today were professional, responsive, and competent.Mike J is clearly an electrical wizard. My boyfriend and I bought an old rowhome that claimed to have mostly updated wiring. We thought we would just be hiring GEN3 to rewire the last little bit. Mike J came out with his magic wand and expertise and determined that the new wiring was just sneakily spliced into old wiring, falsely grounded, and that much of the house was on one breaker. He didn't try to upsell me, he was clear and honest about the safety issues and what was OK to leave alone. After meeting with Mike, I was confident to go with GEN3.Cyrus and Joe did the rewiring. They are both competent, efficient, and incredibly professional. When I showed up 3 days into the job with a team of masonry contractors in tow, they made it work despite the inconvenience. Joe gave me a heads up when a light fixture I bought came slightly broken and had some good ideas to easily improve the fixture in my living room. When I met with supervisor Dan today, he referred to Cyrus as a rising star and I can see why. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to homes, and not just in the electrical realm. And he was kind to me when I was in tears during the Day 1 walkthrough about all of the unforeseen problems we found after closing. I wish that every contractor I've spoken with was like Cyrus; I would not feel like I have aged 10 years during this stressful process. He's either going to be running GEN3 or his own contracting empire someday. He kept me in the loop during the process and he and Joe showed that my confidence in GEN3 was well-founded.GEN3 is not going to come in with the lowest quote, but cutting corners is why my home was in the state it was in. I hope I don't ever have to call GEN3 again, but I will without hesitation should the need arise. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to work w/Duka & his team twice; he worked on creating a basement ventilation for my basement dryer and came on an emergency basis to fix an electrical problem. Duka responded quickly, calls to give his eta/time he will be arriving & focuses on completing his work. Duka has many clients so it’s a blessing to have his services, when I do. He is efficient, educated, clean and thorough. Without a doubt I would tell you to use his services, especially since I’ve used his services twice and will continue.
