I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These guys are a landlord's dream. Kind, astute, and very very good.

I called to make an appointment to have someone check out one of my toilets that wasn’t draining all the way. The owner scheduled me for the next day then asked what the issue was. When I told him, he gave me some tips to try to fix it easily myself, and told me that he’d keep my appointment scheduled just in case the tips didn’t work. He also shared with me some history I didn’t know about the house I’m in now. His family’s company had done a lot of the plumbing work on the house almost 50 years ago! He was so patient and kind, and honest. The tip he gave me worked! He saved me money, taught me some cool history and some plumbing 101, and was all around such a kind and respectful person. If I ever need a plumber I will surely call this company. Such a great experience in a 5 minute phone call.

I've been working with Roger and his team for more than 15 years now on a wide range of plumbing needs:- fixture install for a basement remodel (claw foot tub, couple sinks, toilet with mascerating unit, washer/dryer, tankless hot water heater)- replacement of the basement mascerating unit 14 years later- fixture install for bathroom/kitchen remodel (toilet, sinks, instant hot, disposal, dishwasher, etc)- toilet installs- shower fixture installs- I'm sure there are others, above is off top of my headMy most recent experience was with a p-trap replacement for our shower. The tricky part with this: it hangs below our condo just under the ceiling of the garage which is 15 ft high. A scissor lift was supposed to arrive by 10AM, with Roger's crew likely done by noon - but the lift didn't actually arrive until 3:30PM! Roger was able to work around the schedule issues and everything was still completed by the end of the day. As with all the other jobs he has done for me going back 15 years now, he and his crews are professional, courteous, friendly, skilled and efficient; I highly recommend them.

Jimmy W came on time explained everything made recommendations and did great work replacing my garbage disposal and toilet. I have also had great experience using frusco's plumbing. Jimmy W is just another example of great employees.

I had a valve leak under my sink. I called and left a message after hours and they were here the next day at 1130! Very professional, explained everything and cleaned up. Highly recommend them.

These guys rock! The first time these guys came out to update the gas line connection for a new stove in a house we just bought. It took him about 15 minutes to get it connected and set up. When he was finished he gave me the basic tutorial of our new houses plumbing/heating system. He didn't have to do that, dude could have just bounced when he finished the job.The second time we called was a couple years later to get a second opinion on our old crown furnace. Someone from a larger big name heating and cooling company told my wife we needed to replace our furnace because it was over 20 years old it wasn't worth repairing. When we called Stimmler they gave us a cheaper price to put the same furnace as the big name company, but better yet they gave us a second option...replace a $30 Thermocouple! They couldn't tell me exactly how long the furnace would last, and they did have to replace the thermocouple again a few years later, but that old Crown Furnace sure did keep us warm last winter!

Veteran plumbing was very very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my leaking shower. Chris was also helpful and patient enough to show me what he was doing and how to prevent such disasters in the future. And they are VERY affordable. keep up the great work guys!

Professional plumbing company who took the time to explain what I needed which was a new water heater and what the benefits would be if I added an expansion tank. Taking the time to explain everything to me made me confident in my purchase. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using GPC again without any hesitation!!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

After Saturday and Super Bowl Sunday with no heat or hot water, I visited the website of McLoughlin PHC. I read the reviews and liked that they were in close proximity. I left a message Monday morning at 6am and the office called about 8am. The receptionistconfirmed my information and told me that a tech would be out between 11 and 2 pm; and Jesse, the tech, arrived around 12:30. I was very happy to see him since it was 55 degrees in the house. He diagnosed the problem and about 3 hours later, the problems were fixed. He explained what needed to be done and made recommendations to extend the life of my boiler. I am a first time customer and I will be following up soon with the service recommendations.......thanks to Jesse.

Chalie and his crew did a great job to quickly replace some old drain pipes from our bathroom. The job was even cheaper from what he quoted us. I highly recommend his services!

I called this guy for an estimate and to see if he could actually do the job I needed done..he was very loud mean and arrogant. He did not take the time to hear me out while I was talking to him. I thought it was very rude for him to keep over talking me. You can hear that he is an older male so I tried to be respectful while talking to him but he just would not stop over talking me while being arrogant at the same time. I just got frustrated and said thank you I will call you back and hung up!!
