Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

Boss Plumbing have come to my rescue for a tenant's home multiple times. They are always prompt, super-friendly and professional, and very good about keeping the work areas clean and neat. I never have to worry when they are on the job!

I was listing a house in Roxborough, and had a last minute major repair come up. Within a week, East falls took up the sidewalk, fixed, sent invoice, and saved our closing !

Alan was very prompt and knowledgeable about the shower diverter repair. His quotes were very reasonable. I find this company very reliable. He came back to repair my diverter and did a great job.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Everyone was great from Katie who took my call and kept me up to date on when Joe would arrive, to Joe getting to here and making an assessment and doing the repairs. Extremely professional and easy to work with.

My water heater had rusted out, but was still covered under warranty and Andrew took care of everything. He had it replaced in about two hours and was very affordable. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency heating situation where my unit stopped working and it was close to 0 degrees outside. Chris took several hours to walk me through how to get temporary heat for my family on a Sunday! Did I mention that I called several other places but they were too busy to help me?Furthermore, he came over as soon as he had the chance to install the proper factory parts and did several hours of testing to ensure my unit was running optimally. Generation Plumbing did a great job fixing our backed up kitchen sink! They were easy to reach, communicated regularly, and Mark, who came out to our house, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to fix our issue and give us advice on how to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend them!
