Super reliable and responsive!

We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Bill installed a new water heater for me over a holiday weekend years ago. He didn't know me, it was my first contact with him and his staff. He was respectful, prompt, reasonably priced and efficient. Bill and his crew have been back to my house for a backed-up sink and the installation of a new home heater. Keith and his team were very professional and provided quality service from beginning to end. My phenomenal experience began with Jae. She promptly returned my call and scheduled my appointment. She was very detailed and provided me all the information I needed for my appointment. Keith and Hasan went above and beyond trying to diagnose my issue. They also serviced my last minute requests of drain cleaning and flapper installation. All of the staff with this company are kind, respectful, and professional. I recommend them 100%.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed because the hose of my previous one started leaking badly. Tony came the same day I called him (Sunday). He was careful and meticulous with his work, put my worries at ease, and was very patient answering my questions and concerns. He's a straight-shooter; I thought I might need new shut-off water valves placed, and he told me that they were fine as is (saving me a good chunk of $!). I highly recommend Tony, and will certainly be calling him for my future plumbing needs!

I had a leak in my bathtub and water ran constantly. Roy came in and greeted us warmly, was professional, and knew what to do. He completed the job, in a timely manner.

I called Roger Ross plumbing after not getting clarity from a different plumber and an HVAC company about an issue. The discoloration on my ceiling was a mystery and I was getting the run around. I felt a sense of relief after reading Roger Ross’s reviews online, so I gave them a call and then texted them pictures. Rodger himself got back to me so promptly, asked if this was an emergency (it was not), and he still gave me an appointment for first thing Monday morning (I called them on Friday).Tyler arrived within the timeframe they promised, he brought a ladder as requested, and went up to the attic to diagnose the issue. He came back down in less than 10 minutes with pictures, a video, and told me exactly what I need to do. It turns out my issue is a minor roofing repair, and it’s not something Rodger Ross’s company can fix, but this clear information and knowledge of the problem was worth their service fee.I will definitely use Roger Ross plumbing in the future.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. My name is Lucie, I have been really upset with best choice plumbers I had some work done on my water line in August after coming out several times I still had a leak in my basement and missing pieces to a 5 pieces kitchen unit, after several complaints I finally got management. Sam who came out well after hours on 12/27 he repaired the leak and some other problems and did not leave until everything was in order I was so pleased because the dampness has caused me to have several asthma attacks, when he realized I was missing pieces to my kitchen he promised to take care of it and call me first thing this morning and he did, I now have my complete kitchen unit I couldn't be more pleased with the work and his pleasantness thank you Sam for ur time and patience I believe in giving credit where credit is due
