My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

So grateful to Tony! We have consistent sink issues and this morning before a snow storm the leak was now a waterfall! I called today and he gave me an ETA within 2 hours, on emergency notice, and he showed up just as expected. He communicated clearly and was very responsive to let me know when he was arriving. He identified the issue and even explained to us what the underlying issue was. He fixed what he could under the pretense we had a larger issue at hand. He was so respectful; he more shoe covers, gloves and a mask. Highly recommend and will be using his services as needed in the future. Thanks again for sneaking us in just before the snow storm!

Very rude. I thought I had an appointment arranged then missed a call as I was putting a child to bed. I called within five minutes of the missed call to find he cancelled my request. His response was that's life in the big city. Anyone with this kind of attitude is not worth my business.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

Very professional and honest. I have oil heat in my home and needed a repair on the system that led tome finding out my oil company tried to get over on me. When called out on it, the company was rude and defensive but still had to right my situation. I appreciate the help from Best Choice and the maintenance that was done. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future!

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away.
