I had a backed up septic system...clogged between my holding tank and septic tank. The 2 servicemen, Rod Smith and Iggie(?) were AWESOME!! They obviously had the knowledge of what to do and how to fix this old system!! It was hot, and they didn't stop until they had it fixed! I appreciate their hard work and diligence shown while at my house! They went the extra mile when putting everything back together and cleaning up after the job! Rod also made some recommendations for some things that needed to be done in the future to bring our septic system up to date! Thank you, Lapin, for hiring honest, hardworking employees! I will call Lapin again.

Needed a plumber for a commercial backflow device repair, was lucky to call Reliance plumbing , their tech Mr Alphanso came checked the problem and gave me all the options whether i want to replace or repair it .I decided to repair ,he said they will return monday morning with the parts which are not available on weekends and thats what they did exactly .Alphanso just finished the work and on the bill gave me a credit for the sat service call .
I will call them in the future for all my plumbing needs and will reccomend them to family and friends

Wonderful company with experienced technicians & great customer service!

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

I could not be more pleased with the service I receive from Modern Plumbing. I am doing a renovation and they have been wonderful working around the other contractors and always do a great job. My tech Johnny really goes above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and makes sure everything is to my satisfaction. Thank you for the great work!

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Great Service and professionalism

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.
