Our AC went out and we called a company that we normally dealt with and they couldn’t get to us until 5 more days. If you live in Florida, you know that that 5 days would be like living on the Sun. A friend recommended Pro Tech so I called them and spoke with Jen (she was so awesome!) and they were able to send out a tech that day! Hector the tech was very polite, professional and fixed it quickly. He also did a thorough check on the inside unit to ensure everything was working properly. This has been an absolutely amazing experience and we will use them again for any future issues.

Brandon and William and crew did a fantastic job installing a new central heating and air conditioning system. We had a lot of duct work done and they were in the Attic most of the two days. This was in August. They removed the old system and some old duct work and installed a new system and duct work.. They were professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up as they worked. Extremely professional take away and installation. Gerry explained the setup the operation of the heat pump water heater. His setting recommendation. Couldn’t ask for better. Joseph was great.We were having an issue with our plumbing backing up. This job became a challenge to figure out what was wrong. He started with the simplest, cheapest solutions first. He ended up having to snake a line from each roof vent all the way to the front clean out. He did what could easily have been considered a 2 man job by himself.To have all 3 bathrooms out of commission at the same time would have been a nightmare. Joseph made sure that didn’t happen. I’m very thankful to have found someone to come out on a Sunday evening within an hour of me calling AND to have the problem fixed the same day.Thanks again Joseph!

Juan was great! I'm so glad we called you and the problem was fixed onsite that day. He explained everything that he did.We had used a different company. :( The unit turned about 2 years old and the issues began. We were told that we needed to buy an expensive UV light system to fix this, to the tone of $2000. How it impacted the system not told. You saved me lots of money and guarantee if we need you we are here 24/7.

Jose, is amazing. He was able to diagnose a fuse that blew, and restore our air conditioning very quickly. Jose, busted his butt and worked non-stop. First time doing business with Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing. They informed me that I needed a new AC system in my house after they came and inspected the actual unit, which wasn't cooling the house properly. They gave me a detailed explanation of the process of replacing the old Carrier unit for the new Trane unit and answered all of our questions. All I can say is that exactly what was explained to us how it would be was done precisely. Very professional, very organized and careful doing the job, maintaining the area as clean as possible. I am not very pleased at all. I 've been waiting all day on the warranty company to approve whatever it is that was needed to fix my AC. It's almost 6pm and the Tech still hasn't showed up yet to fix my unit. I'm not pleased at all. I will be seeking other companies in the near future. very poor customer service. not even a courtesy call to say when he'll be on his way. poor customer service.

We have three systems that cool our house, and I wouldn't have anyone else maintain them. We certainly get our money's worth out of the Comfort Club, both for the regularly scheduled maintenance, as well as when issues pop up between checkups. Always polite and thorough, and get the job done!

Company came out give me a estimate on fixing ductwork in an commercial warehouse. Sent prosal to me. Now I get they don't do ductwork in the summer. Never mention when they came out. Employee that came out for the quote is no longer there. That is their excuse.Bad business practices I do not recommend.
Of course it's the middle of summer and HVAC companies are slammed, but taking advantage of a long time customer (for the second time) is enough. I have a rental (which means I won't be there) that had a broken a/c. Simply, the drain was clogged b/c of dirty filters. The tech cleaned the drain and changed the filters and attempted to charge me over $350. I don't like being taken advantage of. Never again. And, BTW, the tenant said he was there less than half an hour.

What can I say? We had an incredible experience with Pro-Tech's plumbing division. Pro-Tech already services our A/C's so when the time came that I needed a plumbing service (to replace a leaking shower valve), I called them. Not only did they respond quickly, but they provided the best price of the three places I called. They arrived exactly on the time agreed and did not waste any time getting the job done. Ricky was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Explained everything as he went and answered all my questions. Awesome job! Thanks to Pro-Tech and Ricky, we are using our shower again. I had an unknown water leak that had flooded my hallway. Mark & Nick as well as Ron C.(Mgr.)as well as (J.C. who was the initial tech who came to my home) worked tirelessly to find the location of what turned out to be 2 separate leaks. They worked as carefully as possible to make repairs which included the removal floor tiles as well as removal of the base of a vanity. The clean up was very good. All involved were professional and friendly. I have used Pro-Tech in the past and would highly recommend them in the future.

I used ProTech to install my NEST learning thermostat. I was having a wiring issue and hired a supposed NEST pro who kept insisting that the thermostat was not designed to work with my system. ProTech was able to install and program it very quickly and also did a cursory system check of my entire system. They were very punctual and professional and communicated with me during the entire process. I highly recommend them!

The installation was certainly careful and thorough. The team made it as painless as it could be, and they cleaned up pretty well afterward, which was nice. More importantly, they answered all of my questions very patiently and thoroughly.The big issue I have with the system right now is that it's not doing a very good job of reducing humidity.Once I expressed the concern, Michael from Pro-Tech got back to me right away with guidance about the issue: I need to give the system a couple more days of regular (not extra-low) cooling, which should do the trick.Gerry, who handled the gas heating final connections, was efficient and effective. Likewise very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions.Nice work by an excellent company!Michael Spoon came out to give us a few extra pointers on operation and maintenance of various parts of the system, and they were VERY useful.He also followed up on the one bedroom in the house that has always been particularly hard to cool adequately. He worked through a set of typical improvement steps: adjusting venting to properly push the heat out the return, checking flow volume, and verifying duct work effectiveness.Then, based on info he'd gathered via adroit questioning and careful listening, he made an adjustment to the minimum run level of the compressor and explained that if all those steps did not resolve the problem within 24 hours, ProTech would come out and install a larger run of duct to that room.All the ProTech staffers have been extraordinarily courteous and responsive, but I have to give Michael extra kudos. If everyone else is a 10, Michael is an 11.He turns even the most know nothing query into an opportunity to kindly and warmly add value way above and beyond all expectations. The more time I had access to him, the happier I was with the system (and it's already an outstanding system), and the brighter my day seemed. He's got a real gift for dealing with people, as well as technology.
First and foremost, Hunter, the technician, arrived 3 minutes ahead of the scheduled arrival time. Most impressive.Before entering my home, he slipped on a pair of protective boots over his street shoes. If he had to leave the house to go to his truck for any reason, he removed the boots before leaving the house. He put them back on again before entering my home. I appreciate his keeping dirt on his shoes from entering my home.The Pro tech Representative Answered my questions as he worked and provided additional product information even before it was requested sometimes. $400 to replace a $30 part that I told them ahead of time that needed to be replaced. I just could not do it for a few days. Figured I would pay the service fee plus something marginal. Diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds and had it replaced and running in an hour. Never received a statement, wife was asked to sign a tablet, thought I would get a follow up statement in email. Also about open 24 hours. I called around 7pm on a Monday night and was told no one could come out to fix it as it would have to be diagnosed first????? Not sure about that one. Could not find an email address to ask about everything in this review but only found a communication form. Filled it out weeks ago and no one has responded. I listed to the radio show every Sunday on the way to work and am a little disappointed in the results.

Tech Jonathan Stewart came to assess my a/c problem. Part had to be ordered. Explanation of the problem was.given by tech. He came back to install the part and found another issue. He had the part on hand and was able to install it and get the ac running. Very respectable young man and knowledgeable about ac parts he also waited to ensure the a/c was cooling. My AC system developed a refrigerant leak so I scheduled a service appointment. Kerry Polinger arrived on time, was very polite and courteous and was very knowledgeable about my TRANE unit. He checked where the obvious areas are that sometimes develop a leak and discovered where the system was leaking. He provided me with and estimate for what it would cost to make the needed repair and worked in an orderly fashion to correct the problem. Before leaving he made sure to not leave any trash behind. Nicholas Garcia provided our 6 month Comfort Club AC service yesterday. Nick is punctual, professional, personable, does quality work, and works clean by wearing shoe covers inside. He is responsive to our needs, such as alerting us to our deteriorating Water Heater. I realized we had a problem, but it needed to be dealt with quicker than I was getting there. Came home late last night from a 10 day trip to find that 1 of my 2 units was not working. 90° in the house. Called the company that installed unit 2 (Pro-Tech installed unit 1) and I was told it would be 5 days until they could come out...Decided at 4pm on Friday to call Pro-Tech and they were here in 90 minutes. First, I need to say my installer was incredible. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and got right to work. I would recommend Ricky to anyone. However, apparently they did not give him the supplies needed for a hybrid water heater, nor did they give him the time. I should say that I was going from a gas water heater to a hybrid, but I made this known when I asked for the estimate and again when they called to confirm. Ricky had to leave to go get supplies. I agreed for him to come back that afternoon, after he went to other calls. If I hadn’t, I don’t think he would have had the time to make the other calls. As it was, Ricky returned at 4 PM, and didn’t finish until 9 PM. I am writing this about 20 minutes after Ricky left, and as of right now, I am elated with the work, I just wish he had everything he needed in the morning.

Ogi showed up after another technician from another company “attempted” to resolve the issue (that’s another story for another day) let’s just say I was now glad to have a qualified professional working on my system. Alexis and his partner arrived during the appointment time frame and he explained that this call was the first, to our address, for him. After showing the team around and familiarizing them with the system they immediately set to work. Once complete, Alexis explained what he had done along with his overall assessment. These were two people who were concerned with customer satisfaction. Great Job!

Jean Gonzalez came by to carry out a service on my air conditioning unit today. He was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. He made it a point to explain everything he was doing in a manner I could understand. He went into the attic to adjust some ducting as it had sagged over time. I highly recommend Pro-Tech, since I purchased a unit from them they have been nothing but helpful, checking with me every few months to ensure that I was happy with the a/c unit and their service.
We have been using Protech for years and have been extremely satisfied. We actually had them replace our HVAC system and then had them replace our ductwork. We have them do maintenance twice a year and their technicians are wonderful. They came today and my husband said the tech, Nick Garcia, was the best one he’s had. He was extremely satisfied with his service.

We had a 5 ton Trane unit replaced by Pro-Tech in April, 2020. Although there were some issues with the install, the management at Pro-Tech was very responsive, quickly fixed the issues, and did everything possible to make sure that we were satisfied customers. In fact, we were so impressed by how they resolved our issues, that we are in the process of purchasing a replacement for our 4 Ton Trane unit from them as well.Earlier this week, we had the first Preventative Maintenance performed on our 5 Ton unit, and we were very impressed with the thoroughness of the PM by the service tech. The time spent checking the system and what was checked, far exceeded what our experience with other HVAC vendors has been in the past.In summary, we have found Pro-Tech to be a reputable company who cares about their customers, and lives up to their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Maintenance was fine and tec very professional. One unresolved issue is the temporary outside aluminum conduit that was supposed to be replaced with a plastic tan one. I inquired for a second time in two days about a target date for replacement and was promised some one would get back to me and that is yet to happen. I cannot express how unsightly the current conduit appears on the side of my house. I hope someone from your company helps resolve this long overdo problem

Pro Tech Air Conditioning and Plumbing services our Premier Sotheby's International Realty Office in Lake Nona. They not only do a great job keeping us cool, but they are very knowlegable and reliable. Their commercial service pricing makes it a very good value, too.
The repairman that came to our house was not very knowledgeable about water heaters, which we needed to purchase and install. He was not going to raise the gas water heater to code height and could not answer questions regarding the job. In addition, the person that I scheduled the appt with said that there was no charge for them coming out and giving us a quote, but he tried to charge us a service call fee. I was given an estimate for the cost of the entire purchase and installation at time of call and was told that it could be lower. However, the repairman quoted me a higher price. I did not use this company.

Gerry was excellent was there on time. Only issue I have is I feel I was way over priced for what was done. I was charged almost $400.00 for less then 15 minutes of work. The plumbing coming I contact to do by business only charged me 800 for 4 new shampoo bowls they took them 5 hours. I will most likely avoid using this company again in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the response time from Pro-Tech. I didn't even realize that my A/C wasn't working properly until I looked at the thermostat and found the house was registering 84 degrees. I called Pro-Tech and the young lady who answered was very understanding and added me to the end of Reycel Martinez's call list. My husband is bed-ridden on oxygen and quite ill so I desperately needed the air fixed pronto. Reycel arrived shortly after and had the A/C working in no time.I can't commend Reycel enough - not only did he fix the A/C quickly, he took pictures of the repairs needed and showed me what he had fixed. The price charged was very reasonable also.Thank you Reycel and the rest of the Pro=Tech team.

Dylan went above and beyond to replace cartridges in all of my faucets, explained what to look for if I do ever have any issue arise in the future as well as inspecting the plumbing in the entire interior/exterior of my home. I will say though that this AC replacement work took a very long time (a whole day almost) to replace our old AC with a brand new one.However, as long as it took, it was well worth it and we are very pleased with the results. We have had an annual maintenance plan for AC service for several years and service has been excellent. Before switching to Protech, we had re-occurring problems with drain lines clogging etc (despite self servicing with Vinegar down the lines monthly) Since we switched to Protech's quarterly maintenance plan (where blowing out the lines is part of basic service) , we have had no problems with our AC.
Amazing service. From the moment I asked for an estimate till the end of the job, they were fantastic.I have never seen better customer service in my life!It was a difficult job, that's why I had several companies quote estimates. They were extremely thorough, came 3 times to make sure they had everything done right.Responded to every email or call within 15 to 30 minutes!The job was done fast and good and everybody involved was respectful and knew what he was doing !I will definitely use their service again and will recommend to everybody I know.

We use this company to Connect our new natural gas grill to the natural gas outlet on our home. The first technician came out ahead of the grill’s arrival to do initial plumbing. He was friendly and professional. After we received our grill, we noticed that the initial plumbing installed would not work with the grill’s connection. When a second technician came out to finalize the connection with the grill, we communicated to him our concerns, and he worked very hard to fix it. He removed the initial installation, went to Lowe’s to buy the proper parts, and re-plumbed it. he cleaned up everything very well to ensure no grease or residue remained, then stayed with us until we got the grill up to 500° to ensure proper functionality and no leaks. He did not charge us anything additional beyond the initial quote, even though extra work was involved.

In 2018 I had an AC unit that was breaking down on me often. A Nice Sales Person from Pro-Tech came to my house, sold me a Unit… “MyProblems were Over”….Well every 6 months or so I have to call them and schedule a Service… $120 plus whatever they “find this time”.The only thing they interested is selling you on the “comfort whatever club”…I’m already invested… unit already in my house… so I have no escape… but if you in the market…. R U N…Update as of 01/2023.. Now they say I have a Leak ant it will cost me $1700 to fix... Again R-U-N

We pay for the comfort club service membership for maintenance, and every time we received technicians who did next to nothing in service, glosses over things, missed things or did not complete things, and did not adhere to what a service was supposed to have, and twice we had to actually have a second tech come to address things the first ones missed. However when Jorden was assigned as our service technician he displays what a certified technician with proper training and education does, he did everything that was supposed to be completed the way they are supposed to be completed and educated us on what he does as he does it and why, if you are going to get a service contract, ask for Jorden because he knows what he is doing and does what is right as if treating the unit as he would treat his own, and treats the customer questions as if they are a relative

ProTech is organized, professional, and prompt with responses. They sent a repair specialist to my house to diagnose my AC that had stopped blowing cold air. They sent Jean Gonzalez who was very friendly, considerate, polite, and knowledgeable. Jean was also patient with communication. Being from Puerto Rico, English is his second language, but we worked through his communication attempts together. I appreciated his perseverance to overcome the language barrier. Furthermore, Jean took the time to give me all of the options for repairs rather than only giving me the most expensive choice and making me feel like there was nothing else to do. Once I decided on a repair option, Jean was quick with his actions to install a new capacitor, then went on his way. The entire appointment took less than an hour. I almost want my AC to break again just so I can call ProTech, haha!

Plumber explained situation and fixed it quickly. We called one day (not an emergency), and he came out the next morning. A week or two later we called for an AC problem. I was thankful of the time Joe (the Plumber) took to discover the “root” of the problem (no pun intended) that caused the underground pipe to crack. He was efficient and took his time making sure all was fixed for a quality job delivered. He took pictures and included a detailed narrative of all that was found and all that was done to fix it. My home experienced a main water leak early Sunday morning. It was right at the meter where OUC ended. I called both OUC and Pro-Tech and three other plumbing companies to come to the house and determine if it was something I was responsible to fix or if OUC could take care of the issue. Of all the plumbing companies I called this morning, Lynn at Pro-Tech took my call live (not an answering service) and was able to re-route Michael, her technician, to my home. Both Michael and the OUC technician came around at the same time. It turned out it was something OUC could fix since the leak was on their side. Credit to **Pro-Tech for being the only plumbing company to come out within hours of my call**. The other plumbing companies never even called me back OR were only available later that evening. Ron, Pro-Tech plumbing manager, contacted me to review the visit and come to an amicable agreement since it was OUC that actually fixed the leak. Based on our conversation, I will certainly be calling Lynn, Michael and Ron once more at Pro-Tech for any future plumbing needs.

I showed him the broken shower handle and within a few moments he already had a diagnosis and explained to me what had likely happened that caused the issue. A few moments after that he had already replaced the cartridge, re-assembled the handle, turned on the water, and cleaned up his workspace! I also really appreciated that Gerry pointed out several other vulnerabilities in my current plumbing so I can plan ahead and avoid unwanted surprises in the future. Overall, Gerry's fantastic and the whole Pro-Tech team will take incredible care of you and your home.

The technician was a few minutes early for the appointment and very professional. He did an outstanding job servicing my Trane system in a timely manner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend him.

He was very professional at what he was doing & at the end of the job he took the time to answer all my question and concern. even if some of the question seem dumb. Be for he left for the night he made sure I was satisfied with the job & all his answer & even gave me some advice for maintain the unit. I would definitely use him a again.
