Reliance Plumbing is great. They called to let me know the rep was on his way and 10 minutes later he was at my home. He inspected the toilet which was the original installed in the house 31 years ago and suggested it be replaced with a new, water saver one. We both went to the store and I chose a new one which he put in his truck, came back and installed. The whole process took less than 2-1/2 hours and the cost was very reasonable. The rep, Alfonso, was very polite, efficient and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Reliance Plumbing.

I was experiencing drainage issues and both a handyman and another plumbing company attempted snaking the line but with failed results. I called Reliance and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and was able to come out the next day to perform a hydro-jetting. Both Ronaldo and Danny showed up on time, explained the process and were able to complete the work in a reasonable time. They also brought the camera to show that the line was clear. I haven't experience drainage issue since.

Reliance plumbing has been to our home several times. This review is for the installation of a new hot water heater. A technician arrived shortly after I called, and offered to repair or replace our water heater. Pricing was clearly explained. The heater was replaced the next morning. The technician was professional, conscientious, and offered tips on maintaining our water heater and other plumbing. Trying to do an extra-good job, the technician connected the relief valve to the drain in the wall rather than leave it to drain into the pan under the heater as the previous plumber did. Unknown to him, the wall drain did not in fact drain to the outside. Fortunately I knew how many drains were on the outside of the wall, and the technician was actually willing to test his hookup when I questioned it. A bit of water ended up in our family room, and the drain arrangement had to be changed. I deducted one star for this incident, although I suspect that many other plumbers would have ignored a housewife's concerns and told me everything would be just fine. Then I would have had a flood later. Overall I was very satisfied with this service call. Disclosure: Reliance Plumbing offered to enter my name in a draw for a refund up to $200 in exchange for writing this review, regardless of how I rated the service call.

HORRIBLE, set a appointment time between 11-1 pm on a friday . they state that i will get a call prior to the arrival and driver will not come unless i answer the call. 1 pm comes and i never hear from them. i called and they state that driver will be there within 45 minutes. well that happens for the next 4 hrs!!!Took off work early to accommodate the plumber. plumber never shows and lady i spoke to continuously lies and states driver are on the way. i can tell this is the standard for this company. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!!

I had them come out to give me an estimate on a house re-piping. They cancelled on me the first time, asked to reschedule, then they charged me an $85 fee for an estimate. The guy who came out spent all of 5 minutes looking at my 2 bathrooms. Nobody ever told me there would be a service fee in the 5 plus times I was on the phone with this company. Not a single other company charged me a fee, and they're quotes were $2,000 cheaper than reliance plumbing. Definitely would not recommend this company.

It turned out to be a simple clogged toilet, I had to go to work and my wife was here alone, the man left a mess on the bathroom floor and left a filthy plunger in the bath tub.and after all that he took advantage of my wife and charged her 250 dollars. My advice is never ever use reliance plumbing

The worst company ever. First off when you call you have a $85.00 fee if you don’t use their service, which I was fine with it. I then proceed to ask the lady on the phone for a clogged shower how much a ballpark number would’ve been and she mentioned a ballpark of $250.00. Once they got to the house for a clogged shower they had the nerve to charge me $445.00, and the technician had the audacity to tell me that he had discounted the $85.00. You’re better off working with a company that is authentic with the customer. An advise, don’t even waste your time calling this company.

Needed a plumber for a commercial backflow device repair, was lucky to call Reliance plumbing , their tech Mr Alphanso came checked the problem and gave me all the options whether i want to replace or repair it .I decided to repair ,he said they will return monday morning with the parts which are not available on weekends and thats what they did exactly .Alphanso just finished the work and on the bill gave me a credit for the sat service call .
I will call them in the future for all my plumbing needs and will reccomend them to family and friends

Terrible grumpy men Richard came in 1 hour late. Horrible service. Before I signed he said if I break the floor he'll charge me $295 so I did sign.after that he didn't even break anything. He just listen with machine about 15 or 20 mins and he charged me $295.he didn't even tell me exactly where and what happened. Be hornets people. You guys doing the business better be hornets .

They answered the phone right away and dispatched a plumber within 2 hrs of my call. Better than most since most other plumbers were unavailable. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. The price was high for the work that was done and seemed they charged a premium for cheap parts. This may be common in plumbing though especially for an emergency call. I had a broken hose spigot inside the concrete wall and needed the water back on same day so I paid the high price. They came and got the job done quickly though so I suppose it was worth it.

I called Reliance plumbing on a recommendation. My master bathroom drains are backing up. I spoke with the receptionist and was told that they had a window between 12 pm to 4 pm on the day I called. I was told that they would call me when they were on their way; I have not heard from them since, they never came, they never called, the next day came and they didn't show up and didn't call. Don't waste your time calling them, call a company that is more professional.

The tech came to check my gas hot water heater fault code which indicated a fault in the air flow sensor which I had to show him, he said he would check to see if that part is available. When he returned about 15 minutes later I was told the parts are obsolete and I need a new water heater so I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. I asked him where the sensor is located and he told me it is in the gas valve controller. After the tech charged me a service fee and left I looked for the sensor for my unit which was on top by the vent blower . I looked for a clog and found the vacuum hose came loose. I put the hose back on and the heater worked just fine. The tech didn’t know what he was doing or was just trying to make me buy something I didn’t need.

Would definitely not use this company again. Was charged $360 for about 15 minutes of work, and the repairman kept leaving the door open (we have cats that are escape artists) and had his shoes on when walking in and out of the house. If you're charging $1,440/hour in labor, at least treat someone's house with respect.

Great experience with Reliance Plumbing from start to finish. Easy process to set up the appointment online and excellent follow up. Danny arrived right on time and immediately identified the issue and resolved it! Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the issue and how I can prevent it from re-ocurring. I am extremely pleased with the level of service I have received from Danny and will not hesitate to contact Reliance Plumbing in the future.

DO NOT TRY THEM! After waiting all day for their master plumber to come to the house their plumber stormed off disrespectfully , got into his truck and drove off because I was calling his office to check on the pricing he was quoting me. They won't tell you how much it is to use a camera to check your pipes so you have to wait until someone comes to you. After being delayed and rescheduling, I waited for him and finally he came at nearly 5:00 pm -- 5 hours late. On the reschedule call, the woman at their office told me that he has had a long day and wanted me to know that if he comes out here it would cost between $300-$375 to use the camera to check my pipes under my house for leaks or to see if there was a clog or if one of the pipes was sagging. I said fine to tell him I wanted this done.

Mr. Plumber arrived with a very obvious attitude of I've had a long day and I'm going to tell you everything you need to send me away without working for you. When I told him that I need to know if there is a leak or a sag in the pipes under the house because we have already spent $2400 because of toilets flooding the rooms with 6 bathrooms in my house , he told me that it is $350 PER LINE NOT FOR THE JOB. He knew I didn't need for him to look at the drain field we have just to check the plumbing lines under the house but he told me there are many lines . Its an easy job because we have a crawl space under out house. He also tried to tell me that discoloration and rippling on a section of wood in my kitchen is due to a wood problem... Ha ha that is a ridiculous assumption. These are Carlisle wide plank floors from Atlanta and they are all throughout my house and for 11 years there is not another place that appears to be turning colors, has a rippled finish as if it were soaked from underneath .

I told him I was going to call his office and dispute what he was telling me and he stormed off and got into his truck and sped down my long driveway. He was here no more than 15 minutes. Horrible ! Almost unbelievable but this man did not want to work anymore and this was the excuse he needed to get home.

The people in the office seem nice but as expected, the manager had gone home and was unable to speak to me about this.

They are thieves. Don't hire them. I paid them to unclog my drains. They did a horrible job and when I ask them to came back they wanted to charge me again. they didn't honor their 30 days warranty.

Had guests on Monday and the guest room toilet backed up. Instant panic. Called Reliance Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and talked to Erica. She was very nice, calmed me down and said someone would be there within 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours later the technician was here and fixed the toilet. So thanks to all. I would certainly use Reliance again.

I have used Reliance for years. Initially we had them repipe our home after seeing their portfolio pictures of the work they had done. They were incredibly clean (no dust) and when they finished, you couldn't even see where they had had to make large access holes in some of my walls. I was highly impressed. Their price had been VERY competitive at the time too. We had 4 estimates done and hands down, Reliance was significantly less expensive. I have referred quite a few people to them over the years for this same service.
We have continued to use them over the years but have found that the prices are quite high at this point. We paid for a garbage disposal replacement that ended up being about twice the price of other plumbing companies. A pipe leak in our yard (where we dug the trench for the plumber before he arrived) that took 20 minutes to repair cost over $350. Most recently, a fixture in our shower needs replacement and the estimated cost is going to be over $700 (for just replacing the hot/cold water handle.)
Reliance has always been very responsive and professional but the prices are simply beyond what I am willing to pay anymore. It makes me sad, as we've been customers of their for over 10 years.

Replaced the valve for the hot water line that the kitchen sink and dishwasher uses. Came by, did a look. Made suggestions. Went for parts and came back and was done in no time.

Tried to book and emergency service for a sewage drain issue and the rep informed me they were booked for today and I would have to wait until tomorrow. If this is an emergency sewage issue, why would I want to wait until tomorrow? I informed the rep I would have to seek assistance elsewhere and she just ended the call. Poor customer service and bad first impression. Looks like I dodged a bullet with this establishment. Do your self a favor and avoid them as well.

Making an appointment with them is worthless! I called a few days ago for service, they set an appointment for a Wednesday, between the hours of 4-6pm, for us is almost impossible since we are business owners it meant that I had to close my store 3 1/2 hours earlier to make the appointment. So I did, guess what they call me at 4pm on the day of my appointment to tell me that they cannot come that they can the following day!!! SERIOUSLY!! I dont understand why they didn't call me earlier. I ALREADY CLOSED MY STORE AND DROVE BACK HOME!!!...They expect for me to close two days in a row?!?!? Don't even waste your your time, get professionals!

I was referred to Reliance Plumbing in April '22 by my landscaper (My 3 Sons) due to an irrigation issue and Nathan handled it very professionally; however, we discovered an unrelated toilet-sewer issue in late July so I instantly thought of him.
On this past Mon pm, he came out, assessed the situation, gave me a timetable for repair, and quoted me an estimate. The time wouldn't work for me so he politely accommodated my Tues schedule, returned promptly and replaced, not repaired, my broken flange after slowly explaining & showing me the problem.
True to his timetable, he replaced it, cleaned up my bathroom, cleared & flushed my sewage pipe, & returned my toilet to working usage.
His excellent customer svc, effective communication skills & professional behavior have absolutely resonated with me and I'll be using(& referring) him when our need arises. Bravo Mr.Saeda - you are an asset to your company!

Feeling ripped off. They guy came over to replace 2 angle stop valves for us. Those run about $30. He was here for MAYBE 30mins. Our bill...$233.00!!!!!!
Called around to compare what we paid to what other companies were charging. Most companies have a base rate. $85 for 1hr. Plus parts. Basically we paid too much.
Blown away. Especially for something we could’ve done/should e done ourselves in hindsight. Maybe those YouTube tutorials should be the first go to from now on.
Oh and those 2 knobs in the picture...that’s all he replaced. Hahahahaha...feeling like a fool.

1100.00 dollars to rip up foundation and tile, leak was in wall , no leak detection was used just started breaking up floor and tile, a coupling in wall would of fixed it, now I have clean everything out pour foundation lay new ceramic tile and fix wall, Do not use them.

I contacted this plumber based on my parents recommendation. I didn't get past the estimate which was difficult enough to get. I called to request an estimate for the cost of installing a bathtub in my condo, I couldn't get an estimate over the phone so I scheduled the plumber to come out. The plumber was three hours late, though to the credit of the front desk staff they did give me a call to let me know he was running late and my appointment needed to be rescheduled for later. When he arrived he didn't actually offer me any estimate he just said I'll try to get this done as soon as possible. I stopped to ask for an estimate and he told me it would be like 800 dollars i wasn't provided a written estimate or any basis of the charges. He then added I'm going to have to wait for another tech to come since this is a tub install and we need to people. Why would you not bring two technicians in the first place if you knew the job you were going to needed two technicians. I promptly told him that the cost was too high and that I had already received multiple estimates for around 250-300 dollars and his was response just Really? Then you should call one of them.

Quick service with price lower than estimate!

We had a huge blockage in our kitchen that stopped the sink from draining water and the washer as well. And I gave reliance plumbing a call and in the morning the first gentlemen couldn't seem to get it and he also told us that if he continued that it would cost us thousands of dollars in repairs. so we waited for another technician to come and Kenny showed up, and in less than 15 mins everything was fixed. My family and I are so happy for their services.

Saved my day! Had a backed up sewer line with raw sewage in my showers and my leasing company refused my emergency and told me to wait until business hours. Not good enough. In less than an hour Alberto from Reliance was at my house, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an estimate to fix the problem. I have never been so confident in a plumbing tech before. In the future I will be requesting this company any time I have an issue.

From my first phone call to Reliance Plumbing, my experience was a great one. Thelma, who answered the call was professional, and friendly. She set up an appointment for a free estimate the next morning. A representative called me in the morning and advised that the plumber was on his way. Chris arrived within 1/2 hour and explained what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. I had purchased a water heater and needed the old one removed and new one installed. He was very efficient and did a GREAT job. Chris is truly a professional! He cleaned up and took away the old water heater and parts - didn't leave a mess for me to clean up either! Wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Reliance Plumbing.
I recently had hip replacement surgery and needed to change out my old toilets
for the new comfort height ones. Ordinarily this is no big deal but we had a particularly
small area with a wall mount toilet from the 70's which was quite a problem.
I am happy to say that working to a solution with Alfredo and the owner who came out as well turned a problematic experience into a good resolution. I have never seen anyone
work as hard as Alfredo to get this done. I will always use Reliance for my plumbing problems and I promise you this is an absolutely honest report by me.

I needed to get the water shut down to the house in an emergency and several other plumbing companies said that they could be there the next day , not really an option in an emergency. Reliance came out and took care of the problem in a efficient, professional manner. I would call Reliance first next time that I need a plumber.

I should have read the reviews first before calling them. Was over charged for a leaky pipe. Later that day Another plumber told me he could have done it far more cheaper but I couldn’t cancel because I would have been charged an estimate fee for $85 just for the guy to come check it and only waived if you use their service. So never again will I use your business.

It’s always a good experience working with Reliance. I’ve used them for over 20 years. Today I had a toilet replaced and Alfonso did a perfect job. He’s also very professional and really pays attention to detail. He left the bathroom spotless too! We all know plumbing issues can be expensive, but with Reliance at least you get what you pay for.

We've used Relance for three jobs now. Two big ones and one to install a garbage disposal. All have been on a weekend. Junior was our technician. He is friendly, dependable, competent and cleans up. Even our picky dog likes him. I would recommend Reliance to everyone.

The service provided was great from the moment I called. I was scheduled and seen within 3 hours of calling. I had a clogged bathroom sink and the position of the sink made it difficult to access. The technician was friendly and informative of everything he needed to do and also showed me what was clogging my drain. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again as I live in an old house with constant pipe issues. I've used other companies who were not friendly, not on time, and not communicative. Reliance will be my choice from now on.

Normally don't write reviews but this company left a real bad feeling with me. I called for an after hours drain clog. I expected to pay a premium for the 7pm service call. Tech showed up and told me it would be $450 to unclog the drain line. An hour later he stated he couldn't clear the clog with the equipment he had, he needed to go get another piece of equipment and it would be $900. I refused the up charge so he continued to try to clear the clog for an additional hour. Initially he told me his limit on the drain line was 120ft, which is why he needed the other piece of equipment. 30 minutes later he tells me he ran a line 150ft and couldn't clear the clog. I was then charged $140 and told, I cant fix it. The next morning I called a different plumber that cleared the clog in 30 minutes with less than 75 feet of line and charged me $200. Feel like Reliance scammed me!

Reliance Plumbing, sent out Alfredo (plumber) same evening we called. Alfredo found the leaking pipe, replaced/repaired pipe and checked to ensure there was no longer any leaking. He maintained a professional attitude through the entire experience. Will definitely use Reliance again.

We had a great experience with Reliance Plumbing. Luis was our plumber and he was fantastic from start to finish with our project. Their quote was over a grand less then the next contractor. Luis listened to everything I asked for and worked with us when their was a last minute change of plans on my part. He worked non-stop until the job was done (including working on the 4th of July) . He cleaned everything up when he finished and charged me what was originally quoted. You cannot ask for more than that with a contractor.

I had sewage backing up In my shower. They showed up very quickly and was able to unclog the pipe for a reasonable price. I have used them before for a broken water line. Both tech's were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I was delighted to find a company that could send a plumber in 40 minutes to fix my broken PVC pipe that delivers water to the house. Alfredo came to the house and had it fixed in 1 hour. I was very pleased with him and his company.

My plumbing nightmare started two and a half weeks before calling Reliance Plumbing. My mother's house had a water leak. Cold water lines were clogged to our toilets. A leak dection company located the leak. I hired another plumbing company. They fixed the leak but failed to supply water to the toilets. I called Reliance. Kenny arrived 45 minutes later. I explained my plumbling situation. We went through the house reviewing tbe problem. He explained what he could do to fix the problem. The next day he and a co-worker arrived to repipe my mother's house. They worked hard and accurately on running new water lines and new valves. No more water buckets to use the toilets. I highly recommend Reliance for your plumbling needs.

Called for an emergency call was not able to get me in for that but was able to accommodate me early in the schedule the following morning. Tech was very friendly, fast and made sure to explain everything they did. I will be calling them again if I have other plumbing issues.

We had some plumbing issues at our branch office and when I first called around Reliance had the best price and I was a bit skeptical. Their team is wonderful and I have called them for every issue since. They are a preferred vendor for us now! 🤩

Had toilets backing up and flooding house with sewage from trash in drainage system after the hurricane Matthew passed, the service tech arrived promptly assessed the issue and snaked the drainage system from the inspection access all the way to the sewer manhole, problem solved, I would recommend this company to others!

Super great experience, Danny explained very clearly to me what was causing the issues I had with leaking in both my tub and sink drains and tub faucet, and he wasted no time in getting them to work beautifully! He also left the area cleaned up which I greatly appreciated.

The support staff was courteous and friendly. An appointment was made for next day service. Junior showed up on time, accessed the situation, was clear in explaining to me what needed to be done, and wasted no time in completing the task at hand. He was pilots, patient, knowledgeable and thorough and completed the job with confidence and professionalism. And the best part was there was NOTHING to clean up when he left. He left no trace of his working in there, even though I know he used machinery to fix the problem. Junior made sure I inspected the job approving his work. A working toilet is a great thing! I’m very pleased with this service and will definitely call again if we need a plumber!

Firstly, I called to report a leak at 8 pm. Despite being advertised as 24 hour service, no one could come out until the next day. Both days that techs were scheduled to come out, they arrived hours after the given windows due to ‘emergencies.’ On the third time they were scheduled to come out, they canceled the whole day. I haven’t had water for an entire week. I went with a different company and they provided instant same day service. Would never recommend this company to anyone; only would recommend to avoid them.

Found the number in the phone book after a pipe burst at 3am the morning before. Junior showed up gave a decent estimate and completed the work in a professional and timely manner

Second time I used this company to assist me with plumbing issues. First time was a few years ago regarding my garbage disposal. This time was a main line clog with my plumbing. I called July 3rd and because of the holiday weekend it was busy but Erica, the receptionist, told me to call back after hours to see if a technician on call could help. They sent me someone that evening...which I was expecting them to come the next day...very impressive. Alphonso can about 30 minutes after calling them and was amazing. Though the price was a little higher than expected , I have to say that everyone I contacted from this establishment was courteous, helpful and reliable...go figure...it's in the name! I would recommend and will reach out to them again if I have any issues in the future.

We had a service window of 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. Isaiah showed up around 2:30 pm just to tell us that we needed to get someone out to do leak detection. Isaiah spent around 20 minutes at our home after we had waited 4 hours for him to show up and happily charged us the dispatch fee. By this time we had had to cancel our lunch meeting and my afternoon shift. We wasted all our Friday waiting around for nothing. We still have a leak and because it is now the weekend we're looking at emergency dispatch fees. Do not waste your time and money!

Right from the first call the service was great. Very professional and courteous on the phone (something you don't see often enough anymore). My plumber arrived when he was scheduled and listened to what I was seeing and agreed with me. He also found a problem with a shut off valve and repaired that as well. Repairs were made quickly and they were well done. If this is what all of their employees are like you can't go wrong.

Alberto was very professional and helped unclog blocked toilets and shower. I was able to view the clog on camera and see what was going on for my self. He found a bigger problem with our septic that requires work the company does not provide but at least we can use the bathroom and shower again until we get the other problem checked out. I would definitely recommend Reliance plumbing!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking badly and we decided to replace it since it was more than 20 years old. I purchased a new faucet at Lowe's and Reliance Plumbing installed it ! The technician was prompt, courteous, and most of all adept at replacing the faucet. I thought that they were a little pricey ($250) but then I haven't needed a plumber in many years so maybe that is the going rate these days. The work was well done and guaranteed. The dispatcher was awesome, keeping me informed of the time of the technician's arrival, as well as squeezing me in as they had a cancellation. I was very very happy with their service. AND, they have coupons on their site for dollars off their services !

Great service, the technician that came to my house was Alberto, he identified the peoblem quick, explained the process and fixed it really quick, i will use them again if i ever need another plumber.

I had Reliance come out last week due the fact my bathtub would not drain after I showered, and also
I could not use the shower in my room because the faucets were corroided and my toilet would not
flush after use I had to flush it at least 4 times. They sent Lyndon to help me. With in no time he
had tackled all my issues and I was in business again. Great service, fast and dependable. I will
be more than happy to recommend your company to friends.
