Second time I used this company to assist me with plumbing issues. First time was a few years ago regarding my garbage disposal. This time was a main line clog with my plumbing. I called July 3rd and because of the holiday weekend it was busy but Erica, the receptionist, told me to call back after hours to see if a technician on call could help. They sent me someone that evening...which I was expecting them to come the next day...very impressive. Alphonso can about 30 minutes after calling them and was amazing. Though the price was a little higher than expected , I have to say that everyone I contacted from this establishment was courteous, helpful and reliable...go figure...it's in the name! I would recommend and will reach out to them again if I have any issues in the future.

Albert came and cleared the main line quickly and In a professional manner. I was amazed on how professional the company was. I would recommend stronghold plumbing to anybody

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

These guys came in ready to install a new fridge that was previously hooked up the wrong way. They also identified areas around the water heater that was incorrect that I was having issues with.Very helpful showing what they were working on, repairs, costs and timeline.Would highly recommend using this company.I called at 9:30am, Jennifer got back within 30 minutes with a quote and times. The repair guys came out that day!And the guys are funny!!

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

I came home to a leaking pipe behind my toilet from my pup who chewed through it from fear of a thunderstorm. I called grace plumbing and was given a quote within minutes. Kevin came out to my house about an hour later and completely fixed the issue staying true to the quote. Professional and responsive!

We used Frank Gay to have our new chandelier hung. We needed it moved from the original location to align with our new dining table. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a perfect job. Contrary to a previous review...when I saw Tom get out of the truck I was so relieved. I’d forgotten his name but I remembered that he was the Herrell guy who’d been out before and was very honest and professional. He zeroed in on the problem and went right to work to remedy it. He did the job and I was so very thankful. Tom saved the day AGAIN ‼️
