We have an older home built in 1988 that we purchased back in 2012 utilizing a septic tank and drainage field. All of our neighbors over the past couple years, one by one, have had to re-do their drainage fields. We had hoped that was not going to happen to us but yesterday it did! We experienced a backup in all out toilets and sinks. Our drainage field had finally said it's time to retire. Being in a bit of a panic we researched the internet and based on reviews took a chance with Total Enviro Services. They were able to show up that very day, thank goodness! From what I understand that is not always possible in their industry. Pat, the service technician, was just plain awesome. While he worked, we watched. He explained everything he was doing. He explained how the septic tank and the drainage field works and quickly got our toilets and sinks working again by cleaning out the tank. This at least bought us a couple weeks to get ready for the next steps. Our next step with Total Enviro Services is have our drainage field replaced. Not fun, not cheap, but it's very clear to us now what it does, and why it needs to be replaced. I'll update this post once that happens. Trent was very professional he was able to detect my leak under the slab in less than 30 minutes.He was within in inches in finding the water leak.He recommended a Plummer for me and he also was good.Above and Beyond lived up to his name.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Quality work

My property mgmt company hired this company to assess my hot water heater a couple days after it stopped working. My brother came to check it out before they arrived, since my children were crying about the cold showers. When he opened it up, a wire had burned the inside of the panel and the insulation. He tried to put a new wire on it to help the situation and see if we could get some hot water for the evening. It was unsuccessful. The plumber finally arrived and after examining the 17 YEAR OLD HOT WATER HEATER, he told the mgmt company that the wire my brother applied AFTER it stopped working had in fact burned it up. I explained to the property mgmt company that this was obviously incorrect, as we tried the wire after it stopped working, but they insisted that the plumber was correct and that I had broken the hot water heater myself, and was therefore responsible for the cost of replacing it. It is my personal opinion that this company is dishonest and only told this lie as a favor to the home owner to help void him of any financial responsibility. Completely despicable.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
