Fueron cordiales en todo momento, pero una vez llegaron a mi casa primero me dijeron que el problema era q estaba tapado el fregadero que el costo era $100, luego q abrieron dijeron que era la manga $145 y a lo último dijeron q necesitaba una línea jet con foam y el costo sería entre $500 y $800, les pagamos $150 y le dijimos que cerrara todo que íbamos a buscar alternativas, vino otra persona cuando abrió aún había arroz en la tubería que nunca limpiaron, y con una máquina de $60 y $125 de labor la persona que vino me lo destapó y limpio como debía ser. Esta compañíatras que me dejo un reguero de arroz y cosas suciasDebajo del fregadero, me dejo el filtro del agua sin presion no se q le hicieron tampoco, no vuelvo a utilizar este servicio con esta compañía, tratan de estafar a sus clientes, entiendo q la plomeria es costosa pero no traten de cojer de pendejo a la gente y robarles sus dinero

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Buyer Beware! They will lie to you in writing and not keep their end of the agreement. They never paid us for a plumbing permit that they hired us to pull, then asked us to change our name on it and then they used the permit! Scam artist or just plain unprofessional and misleading.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.
