John ignored the guarantee printed on the back of our receipt which states “free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year”. Our septic tank is full after just 3 weeks since his company pumped it. He is saying it is our fault, and could be a drain field issue even though on our day of service his technician stated to us that our drain field looked good. It even says on our receipt that “drainfield is fair”. John is refusing to come out to check the work his technician did. Also the cost quoted to me on the phone was not honored. We ended up paying double. And to top it off, his technician was rude. Do NOT use this company!

I don’t have any misunderstanding of septic pumping services. We had another company, Brownies, come out to inspect your work. They found wires exposed above ground which caused our pump to trip. So the reason for our tank filling up in 3 weeks is because of your company’s poor workmanship. Our drain field is functioning perfectly.

Called Lapin Services about a main line clog, Jose Martinez responded within an hour to snake the line. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. This is a highly recommend! Thank you Jose.

Second time I used this company to assist me with plumbing issues. First time was a few years ago regarding my garbage disposal. This time was a main line clog with my plumbing. I called July 3rd and because of the holiday weekend it was busy but Erica, the receptionist, told me to call back after hours to see if a technician on call could help. They sent me someone that evening...which I was expecting them to come the next day...very impressive. Alphonso can about 30 minutes after calling them and was amazing. Though the price was a little higher than expected , I have to say that everyone I contacted from this establishment was courteous, helpful and reliable...go figure...it's in the name! I would recommend and will reach out to them again if I have any issues in the future.

Great work, arrived on schedule, finished ahead of schedule, new system is working great (and after a great deal of price comparison was found to be competitive with other vendors/providers, perhaps a little higher than average but that could very well be the COVID times since all the worlds supply chains are still jacked up). Had a little bit of a hiccup with troubleshooting a few days of the replacement but Protech worked to resolve the issue and credited us back the trip charge for the first visit. I like companies that recognize when a mistake happens and correct it, it makes me trust them more.

Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Johnny came after 2 plumbers had come and he was able to resolve the heater problem. Now i can take a bath with hot water!!
