Highly recommend Lapin Services! I called yesterday to have my septic pumped and was told I'd have a crew here 1st thing this morning. They arrived early and got it done. Ernesto and Danny were very professional and explained every step of the way for me. Definitely will be using them for the future! Thanks again!!

I had a slow leak behind my wall and Albert was able to locate a pinhole leak in one of the pipes, he explained exactly what needed to be done so I can understand the process before he did it. They fixed the leak and replaced some other faulty pipes to prevent other leaks. My wife and I are very happy with the work. Great service, and very professional.

The Harvey Baker Plumbing Team is wonderful. They're Professionals with incredible customer service skills. From my first call for scheduling through the completion of our plumbing needs, it was a really good experience from some stellar People. Our Service Technician, Wayne, is an amazing plumber; he did a fantastic job. We Highly recommend Harvey Baker Plumbing.

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

I can see why this family-owned business has 14 perfect reviews. They are terrific. Here's number 15. Our water heater broke down unexpectedly this morning. When I called them on the phone, they were courteous and asked a lot of questions. They told me that they would show up at 12:30 and they were right on time. They had all of the parts ready to go and installed the replacement thermostat very quickly. They also were very careful to test everything to ensure that the water heater was working properly. They could have said I needed a whole new system, but they didn't. They just fixed what was broken. If I have any future plumbing problems, these people will be the first ones I call.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. From the dispatch to their service, we received exceptional service above and beyond my expectations! I have managed 5-Star service centers and I can truthfully say that Ace Solves it All has the best around! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for ALL your needs! Thank you ACE!!!!!!

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Quote did not match the price. Company name misrepresented on phone.
Situation:
Called the number of my trusted plumber, Tender Plumbing Care. Phone answered with Hello. No company name.
When I asked for Tender Plumbing Care (TPC), the rep explained that he has their phone forwarded to his cell phone thus the lack of company's name. He assured me he was TPC.
When I stated that I wanted TPC because they are the company who installed my plumbing about 7 years ago, he said yes they had.
My description of the problem:
Likely a Pex pipe leak in the attic near the entrance.
Quote Estimation
Approximately 2 hours. Price for a two hour Pex pipe detection and repair, approximately $300.
Real Repair
Exactly as I had described on the phone: a Pex pipe leak with easy access.
Time required, less than an hour. Price applied, nearly $400. When I asked to speak with the owner about the price overage, he told his employee to knocked it down to $345, but refused to talk with me about it.
Given that there were no surprises about the job, and we completed it in record time, $300 would be generous.
Do not trust this company is owner.

Update- I received my $501 refund as promised. I think that the company could do better in their communication but they did make it right for me.
On March 21, 2023, I used Roto Rooter to help me with some water damage. The initial gentleman that came to my home, Mike, was awesome! He found where the water was entering (from underground) and asked if I wanted his company to come out and clear out the drywall and air out the issue. I said yes, and then the next thing I knew I had a project manager, Yesenia, come out that day. It cost me $575. Yesenia told me that she would be with me from start to finish in the project. She indicated another group would come out to dehumidify the walls and use a microbial substance for any mold. She asked for my credit card and put a $1500 charge on my account which she stated would be the maximum charge. She also took my homeowners insurance information and said that she was going to help me get my insurance company to help alleviate the costs; she did not.
A team came a day later and started to tear out walls. One wall that they removed led out to the garage. They put a plastic covering over the hole which did not stay put no matter how many times I tried to nail it back onto the wall. The workers came and went. They were professional and polite, but the communication was terrible. I never knew when they were coming. They would tell me one day and show up the next. They would indicate morning and come in the late afternoon which caused me to constantly readjust my schedule. When I made an inquiry to Yesenia, she apologized, and phone calls were made to me by the workers to clarify the appointments.
Yesenia said that I needed a different company to fix the water problem. She recommended Elite Contracting Group who came out to survey the damage and see if they could fix the problem. The person I dealt with, Gio, I waited, patiently, for ten days and reached out. No response, I didn’t actually get his quote until May 25th. I called Yesenia in the interim to explain that I was not getting any help, so she recommended RACS. John, from RACS came to my house on May 4, and said that he thought it was a foundation issue. He recommended LRE. I contacted them, but they said it wouldn't fix the problem. I called John from RAC to just give me a bid to close the walls, and he never responded.
I was at a loss as to what to do, so I called Yesenia back. She told me that it wasn't her job to help me find a company, but she was helping me voluntarily. She indicated that her work with me was finished. Honestly, what the heck does a project manager do if not try and manage a project from start to finish as she initially indicated? I told her that because of all the storms and the hole from the inside of my house to the garage, moisture was coming into the house and I was going to have to pay for the dehumidifying and microbial sanitation again. She said nothing except, “oh.”
I am now over two months in on this project and it still is not finished. I had to find my own company, Serve Pro who will be fixing the issue. As a person who teaches interpersonal communication at a local college, I would like to point out that Roto Rooter is poor with its communication and customer service. They are great at starting projects, but they don’t follow up at all. If a person is not asking questions they will not get any assistance. When the project manager indicates a maximum of $1500 on a credit card that is not accurate, I spent over $3000. I also wonder if the company may have even caused damage to my house by letting all this moisture from the outside into my house because of the holes.
I am very disappointed by the customer service I have received. Language matters. What people say and do mean something. I would expect that a company as large as yours would have training to that effect. As it stands now, I feel like I was cheated out of $3000, and that doesn't make for a good Google review.

Not excited about them at all. Contacted the office 4x to receive an itemized receipt of services. I had a marching toilet taken out and a generic one placed in. The office staff refused a general manage or a service person to speak with me directly. My advice find a local family owned plumber for your plumbing needs. The quote over the phone was $140-$200 and the actual charge was $500. On the phone I call it was clearly stated I did not want the charges to go over and all work was to be approved. The toilet from home dept was out in and the service person presented me with the $500 bill I was shocked.
