My main sewer line was backing up, I called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Francisco did a thorough job clearing the tree roots from my line, and was very helpful and friendly. I unfortunately forgot the name of the camera technician that looked at my line, but he also was very helpful and friendly.

Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. I have found my plumber for life.

Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. Had a drain that was draining slow so the hose from my washer was spraying water when it was spinning. I called at 7:00 Sunday night, they said they could get someone there in a few hours. I said I would wait until Monday. It was Labor Day weekend and there was no extra charge for either the night visit or the holiday visit. He was at our house by 8:30 Monday morning. He came in and knew exactly what was wrong. He snaked the pipe and cleaned up his mess and was done in less than 30 minutes. He even pointed out to us the water hose going from the tap to the washer had a huge bulge in it. He suggested we replace it before it burst. Thanks Roto Rooter for always being honest and dependable.

The plumbing job was handled efficiently. The technician was very professional. The explanations we received were clear and easy to understand. Everything is working very well. Very good job.

Our toilet valve broke and my husband and I attempted to fix it ourselves. We had no idea what we were doing.

Once we had installed the new parts, we realized we made some mistakes and there was a leak. We called 402 Plumbing around 6 p.m. on a Friday. Fernando was very kind and professional. He came within the hour and replaced the leaking pipe, fixed some of the issues we made when replacing the valve, and also helped answer some of our other plumping-related questions for future fixes.

Fast service, great communication from the office about timing and delays, very knowledgeable and personable repairman who diagnosed the problem in a minute. Did not try to sell me anything and I felt ashamed paying the low price I did for an emergent weekend night service. We had the absolute best experience with them!

Needed a very particular plumbing part (bonnet nut) to repair a shower handle. After searching all the chain home improvement stores around Omaha with no luck, a call to Ferguson revealed they had multiple in stock . The employee was very knowledgeable and even assisted me in purchasing an additional part I didn't expect they would have.

I called Monte at 8:00am and he was at my house by 9:30am. He was punctual, professional and affordable. Would highly recommend.
