Scott came for a drain clean and ended with a disaster, but fought his way through to find the clog in an old house with not the ideal situations one would like. He fought through some gross stuff and came out smelling like roses at a more than fair price. I would recommend OCB and Scott any day of the week.

We would definitely recommend Jeff Mumm Plumbing. Jeff was very nice on the phone and sent Andy to fix our water heater. Andy was able to come same day, was extremely nice and professional, and our water heater is fixed at a reasonable rate. We will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

These guys were like a NASCAR pit crew. We called on a Monday night after discovering a leak in our basement. David penciled us in for Tuesday afternoon and arrived by 1130 Tuesday morning and was done before 1200! They had the part we needed, were very polite, even bringing in my Amazon packages for me. I found them by reading reviews - so I thought I would also post a review. The price was fair and I will absolutely be calling them again if needed. David even gave me some advice on fixing a toilet while he was at my home as well. Highly recommend.

Initially I gave a good review because I was happy because they got out to us so quickly, but they kept ramping up what services I needed and I felt pressured to say yes without checking out other companies or realizing the expenses. After hydro jetting, they said we would need excavation so we finally called someone else and I found out a competitor charges half as much for the hydro jetting. I’m honestly not sure what to think of them now.

I messaged Big Birge near the end of the day to come check out my sprinkler system, for what appeared to be several leaks. James came out first thing in the morning the next day. He was fantastic. Friendly, checked everything thoroughly, identified the problem which was thankfully less severe than I thought, and got it all fixed up right away and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend James and Big Birge to anyone looking for a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them next time we have a problem.

The response time was amazing, under an hour from when I called. Joe, the serviceman arrived and was very polite and courteous. He really worked hard and illustrated tremendous tenacity when he encountered a huge clog of sludge in my kitchen pipes that just would not seem to surrender. He was very fair and honest with me regarding the price. He told me upfront, exactly what he was going to have to do, and how much it would cost. He kept me in the loop the entire way until the clog finally went down the drain. Then, he sold me a jug of enzymes the help prevent the problem from reoccurring. I could not have asked for, or expected anything more. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing problems, and be sure to ask for Joe. He's the best!

The men were very very professional. They were very kind and patient. Even took the time to go through my programmable thermostat with me to get all the settings in. Took the time to answer any questions I had and explain everything they did with the installation. As a business owner who has had employees in the past, I do understand what it means to have valued employees, especially in this day and age. The men you sent to my home are excellent, I can't say enough about them. Treat them well...

Called on a Monday morning, after calling Burton, who wanted to charge $60 just to come out, A Raymond were out before 11am the same day of the call to install a hot water heater. They charge by the hour, are incredibly professional and Casey the serviceman went absolutely above and beyond in his courtesy and installation. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.
