I have been using Southside Plumbing for over 20 years, they are the ONLY one I call for my plumbing problems at my house and business. they're wonderful! Never once have I had a problem with them!

I did not choose to have Perfect Plumbing do my work. I called Perfect Plumbing for a quote to change out a toilet from a 40 year old standard to a new ADA taller toilet. I also had already purchased 2 new faucets and wanted both bathroom faucets changed. The quote I got was staggeringly high, $575.00 for toilet ( with a note stating if shut off or flange is bad cost will be more). Bid to exchange faucet $285.00 per faucet and $125.00 drain hook up. Total bid pre tax was $1395.00. I felt that bid was WAY OUT OF LINE. EACH faucet and drain quote alone was $410.00 not including the purchase price of the faucet. I passed on the quote.
I called another plumber, I bought my own toilet for $150.00 & 2 faucets @ $57.00 each. The different plumber was there for 1 1/2 hours had some additional materials and their total charge was $270.00. SO MY FULL COST OF REPAIR WAS $534.00, that is a difference of $861.00 that I saved. My suggestion is to shop around for quotes.

This company is very well ran and professional! In the past few months, I had them install a new water heater, then a new garbage disposal. Their crew is very efficient and professional. In the past I have used other plumbing services and never have had such a positive experience.

A Raymond Plumbing came out last Thursday to diagnose and give me a bid on a leak originating from the bathtub in my main bathroom. Ken told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix the waste and overflow valve on my tub through an exposed ceiling in my basement. A different guy shows up on Monday to do the work and after less than 20 minutes of being there the guy tells me he doesn't have the right parts to do the job so he leaves and he's gone for over an hour. He comes back does less than 45 minutes of work then presents me for a bill for 2.5 hours labor (because I have to pay for him to not only go back to the shop and get the parts he needs on a job they bid before coming to do but also for him to go shopping and buy a saw blade that cuts metal pipe which they can now use for other customers). From where I stand I think he should have had the appropriate parts and tools to do the job since they bid it beforehand and shouldn't they already have a saw blade that cuts metal pipes because I can't be the only house in town with
metal pipes. To pass that cost off onto me was not fair as they now have a tool that they can now use for other jobs. Then to bill me 2.5 hours labor when I checked my camera system on my house and his big truck sat in my driveway for less than 1.5 hours total was another way to inflate the total cost of the bill. I have since talked to 2 other plumbers and they both agree with me on the fact that they should have came with what they needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the time they spent shopping and for a tool they can now use on future projects. I really feel taken for a ride and I will not be using A Raymond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will tell my story to anyone that will listen.

We needed a drain cleaning for our bathroom sink and we couldn't have picked a better company to go with. Zach McCall was professional and very knowledgeable. He not only took care of the issue we called about but also pointed out a few things to watch out for in the future. I was trying myself, to change my faucet, and it went haywire! Water going down into my basement, and it just was not pretty! Fernando came in and went to work!

He worked on it until the sewer was open and water was flowing. It took multiple times to get it that way and in the end it is running great. We got them on a special they were running and it ended up being half of what other companies were asking.

Corey came out did a process of elimination to find the water leak coming from the ceiling. He did a great job finding the leak which came from the pipe behind the wall and fixed it. This company will be my go to for any problems in the future. Very reasonable price. Thanks JP plumbing for taking care of issue and to Corey who did a great job very professional and friendly.

Ken & his crew are by far the best in the industry! My husband & I flip a-lot of properties, we use him for everything he is so responsive. Also, the quality of work is always top notch. I have tried a-lot of other plumbers also so I know the difference.
His guys are clean, polite & respectful which goes a long ways.
