Before I called Mr. Drake I had tried working with at least four other plumbers over the years. Now that Bill has been taking care of our plumbing for the last couple of years, I know once he's out to the house, the problem will be fixed right the first time. He goes out of his way to make sure I am able to prevent future problems and he is very affordable. I never mind if I have to wait for him to come out, but if it's an emergency he always gets to it right away.
I think it's noteworthy to say that I am a consumer paralegal by trade; therefore, I take consumer reviews very seriously. Having said that, I would personally, without hesitation, recommend Affordable Plumbing to any of my friends, family, coworkers and clients should they ever need a good, reliable plumber.

Called a little before 4 pm. Said they would be here between 4 and 8 pm. 7.30 rolls around with no call or notification. Called and they said they would be there as soon as possible. 9.30 rolls around, I called and they hung up on me. Called again and said they couldn't get anyone out until 1 am. Any one who has written a review with more than one star must not have had an emergency or their emergency was before 4 pm. Will never use this service again

This company is very well ran and professional! In the past few months, I had them install a new water heater, then a new garbage disposal. Their crew is very efficient and professional. In the past I have used other plumbing services and never have had such a positive experience.

Colton came out to jet our drain today. He did an amazing job. He was so friendly and kind. He was so confident I felt so much better. Jim came back again today to check on us after our fiasco yesterday.Joe came to our rescue yesterday, on Fathier's day no less! He was so pleasant and informed. He didn't like how things felt and thankfully he called in Jim. Thank goodness he did. Jim was so easy to talk to and talked us through this nightmare. He answered every question and his honest and candid responses put my husband and I at ease. Working with Tim is like working with a friend.We also have the pleasure to work with Tim. When Tim found how far the moisture reached through our home I was devastated, but only for a moment because he helped me through every step of the process so far. He has kept me so informed this almost feels easy.Sean and Jeremy are doing the dry out and demo but they have done so much more. Sean has helped me through several hiccups that I know don't belong to him but he has helped me out without even having me ask. Jeremy's very friendly he is professional and has also went out of his way to help me with things. I love to see them every day of this process!I am so lucky that rotor rooter has such trustworthy, authentic employees. They all helped me, fixed the problem, and are helping through the rest of the process as if they were my friends or family. 5 stars highly recommend. Pat, our service tech, was very professional, explained all our options. Our shower drained was cleaned out in no time at all! We even received an estimate for remodeling the bathroom - will definitely be using American Rooter Pluming again!

Had another professional technician, Chris, Always feel confident the technician will be competent. And I feel safe being with them alone in the house. And Chris was efficient and effective as have been all my Service One Technicians.
