I texted Bill at almost 5pm…when everyone else was closing. We needed a drain unclogged…had backed up in our basement. Bill responded immediately, and showed up within 20 minutes. Was kind, professional, and gave me great advice to prevent my problem in the future. Thanks for your great service, Bill!

The 2 men that came to our house were very nice and professional. They cleaned our drains quickly and did a great job. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the office told me they could have someone out in 1 hour, but it took 5 hours for someone to arrive.

Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

Roto rooter is full of liars. I had work done two years ago. I went with the option that had the 5 year warranty because I was informed it would transfer to the new owners as I knew I would be selling within the next few years. Now roto rooter is telling me the master plumber, Jeff, who did the quote and sat down at the table with my dad and I to discuss options is no longer with them and the warranty doesn’t transfer. Had I known that I would have gone with the cheaper option with a 1 year warranty, as I knew my plans. Roto rooter is not a great company. Only went with them bc they were able to do the job within 3 days of the main drain issue. I would not recommend them and will also be going to the BBB with my complaints.UPDATE: Todd called to inform me the warranty stays with the house. I appreciate Todd taking time out of his day to make things right and use this as a learning opportunity for his staff.

We use Exspurt on all of our projects. Scott does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He is tidy and professional with his work. Highly recommended!

Ryan from Serviceone was by today to perform the annual furnace inspection. Ryan was very professional and courteous. We have used Serviceone many times and always find the techs to be a pleasure to deal with . We have had a service contract for many years now and have never been disappointed in the service we receive . They are well worth the money.

Dan was polite, friendly and fast. He did an excellent job installing my new water heater for a fair price. I will definitely be recommending Dan in the future.

This place said my dishwasher needed a $400 part..I got a second opinion and he fixed it in five minutes and he said it was an easy fix..what a scam!
