The technician, Lucas, was outstanding. Prompt, super helpful, nice, and gave good preventative information. My only complaint is the company is a little pricier than other companies. Can’t complain about the service though.

What kind gentlemen! I had concerns about our utility room floor drain and they came out the day I called! I will keep their phone number handy for any future issues, including a bathroom remodel we are planning to get done.

I hope Wayne is alright ,because we had contacted him about a job over a month ago and since then he has not responded to calls nor gotten back to us on pricing. If you're looking for a septic system install call Midlands he'll answer your phone call or at least get back to you (we're working with him now, he's good!). Henton's not gonna do a job in Omaha they are too busy, and most other company's won't do septic replacement despite stating it on their website. If your a septic company and want to earn some business comment below please.

A few years ago my wife and I needed some help with a drain and we called Paul. He was very helpful and was right up front about his fee. And then I wanted to change out my leaky shower fixtures. The water lines leading to the shower did not have shut off valves. I called him and talked to him about installing those valves on the water lines myself. For 20 minutes he talked me through the steps that I needed to take. I asked a bunch of questions during that call and he was very respectful. In the end I had him come over to install them instead of doing it myself. He brought his teenage son with him as his assistant.
He is an incredible professional and I am so glad that I found his ad in the newspaper.

Woke up this afternoon to a stranger knocking at my door. He was trying to tell me he saw water bursting up like a geyser on the side of my house as he drove by. After I shut off my water from inside the house it stopped. But I did not know where to go next. After putting out some feelers via Angie's List I received a call from Dan Fay Plumbing. He was able to help me figure out where the problem was and where to turn it off elsewhere in the system so I could have running water in my home. He did this all over the phone! A tremendous weight was lifted from my shoulders thanks to his help. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my plumbing issues.

My experience was terrible at first. The first plumber that came out, Mark, was extremely unprofessional and very demeaning. He stood in the doorway yelling about topics, while passionate about; had my mother in a corner and frankly he had no business yelling at her. I will never allow Mark in my home again. Period. He also did an extremely poor job on the spigot replacement and left a gaping hole in my siding.

I contacted the company via Facebook that evening and I was dispatched another gentleman the Gary next morning, Mike. Mike was very professional and got the job done as it should have been done the first time. I would recommend Mike to anyone. Great service.

I never did receive a call from the GM as I was told I would. All in all, the job was completed properly.

Showed up within the time frame that was quoted. Did a great getting in and getting the job done. Price was reasonable as well. Overall did a great job. Would definitely use them again.
