The folks at roter-rooter are phenomenal! A very nice lady came by to inspect the bathroom and diagnose the problem. She determined it was an emergency as there was sewage backing up in our shower drain. She also gave us advice on how to ensure that our drains were kept clear. Within an hour two professional gentleman by the names of Brandon and Jared showed up. They took care of the issue in a very timely manner. I appreciated their professionalism and speedy service. I also got a $75 coupon that I used toward purchasing a gallon of their drain degreaser! This was the worst plumbing issue I’ve ever seen! They are available 24/7, 356 days per year even on holidays!

Max and Tyler did a phenomenal job diagnosing and fixing our issue all in one day for a very reasonable rate, they even went above & beyond to make sure everything would stay that way for the foreseeable future. Quality service and people!

It was an ok visit by an ok technician. He left a small puddle behind his unclogging that I had to clean up. He also spilled my dogs water bowl and left it for me to clean up. As for the repair, the cost was excessive for what was needed, but the unfreezing of the blockage was completed and it was an overall ok experience.

Fantastic service! Called on a Saturday. Guy was here within 30 minutes fixed my problem which was a leaky pipe and did it fast, and very reasonably priced definitely go with these guys if you can.

I am so glad that I didn't call one of the big plumbing companies in the area. From the minute that I spoke to Tracy (sp?) at the office, I knew that I made the right choice. She is friendly and patient! Paul is polite, professional and personable! He was kind and patient enough to answer all my questions and explain what he was doing - and I asked a lot of questions! I had called because the faucet in the kitchen started to spew water everywhere from the base and I had to resort to temporarily doing the dishes in the bathroom sink! The faucet explosion happened on a Sunday night and, since it wasn't an emergency, I called on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Paul is the owner *and* he is the one that comes out to personally to fix the problems. He is a super hard worker and, although he must have been exhausted from a long day of calls, he did a fantastic job and the kitchen sink was back to working perfectly! The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. I fully recommend Paul the Plumber to everyone. If any other plumbing goes awry in my house, I will definitely call Paul again!

Dan installed my new water heater quickly and professionally.

My hot water heater lasted about 20 years, was only slated for 8. And then it started leaking. 😢 Had to replace it, I needed it done quickly and they responded quickly and professionally. He brought all the tools he needed, cleaned up the area, and took away the old hot water heater. Very happy with the results; he is coming back to repair a bathroom leak.

Giustino was great to work with! We had one major issue with the faucet in our shower. (we also had a few other minor issues) He quickly gave us an estimate and started work. Upon completion, he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. (in terms I could understand.
