I have had him come out 3 times now, once for a drain clog, once for preventative maintenance and the third time because I forgot about the preventative maintenance appointment and then needed him to come out for my laundry room flooding. Bill has always responded promptly, has shown up got right to work, explained everything about the situation so I knew what was going on. He is quick, reliable and affordable. extremely expensive, 15 mins of work for one plumber, the other plumber was there standing and looking at the other guy working. I was billed $218.56. Called and asked for explanation i was told i was billed a minimum rates even if the work was 5 mins i would have been billed the same. I spoke to Frank.

My toilet was not flushing properly. Roto rooter inspected and found a broken pipe below the toilet under the concrete basement floor. They replaced the broken sewer pipe and repaired the concrete. They explained the process for each step and showed me through a camera of the pipe. All workers were courteous and knowledgeable of their work.

When I called and told him what my problem was he knew exactly what the problem was. He gave me a time he would show up and was on time. He fixed my problem and everything is working great.

They came out same day within an hour explained my options had a flexible payment option and showed me with their camera the drain before and after. First time homeowner and wasn't sure who to call but that's no longer an issue good smaller company values and customer service!

I hope Wayne is alright ,because we had contacted him about a job over a month ago and since then he has not responded to calls nor gotten back to us on pricing. If you're looking for a septic system install call Midlands he'll answer your phone call or at least get back to you (we're working with him now, he's good!). Henton's not gonna do a job in Omaha they are too busy, and most other company's won't do septic replacement despite stating it on their website. If your a septic company and want to earn some business comment below please.
