Make sure your staff remember the appointments that you schedule the day before. First time you came like a year ago I liked the service but the second time you didn't show up and when I called the guy said he knew nothing about it.

Called and had an appointment at up for them to come out that day at 3pm to look at our water heater since we have no hot water. They said they'd call when they were in their way. I finally called at 5pm when they were a no show/no call. Left a voice mail and haven't heard from them. Very disappointing and frustrating.

This company has awesome pricing that is half that of the big companies and their customer service is extraordinary! The plumber came out at time he said he would and he even came early when I said I was home earlier than expected. He fixed what needed to be fixed and he explained what had to be done before doing it. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. Awesome company!

They were able to provide an emergency repair when I needed it - on my terms and schedule. They not only did the needed repair but also fixed an additional plumbing problem AND provided some advice/consultation for an upcoming project. They were clean, prompt, professional, and friendly. Had Backlund out today to look at a pesky valve leak. They were able to correct the issue and put together a plan for replacement in the future. I was not home, so they worked directly with my wife.
