This company is amazing. They came in at 7:30 and brought a whole crew to get the pipes dug up and replaced. They were the neatest plumbers ever and so fast and they were friendly. Carson and Cameron were both very professional and easy going. There wasn’t a lot of space to dig the trench we needed and when there was issues, Brad was contacted and he came to finish off the rest, due to the area being a tricky one. Not only did they get the job done, they did it with a few hurdles being thrown in their way. I will only use Big Birge going forward and I will recommend them to anyone. Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. Phew! I got lucky! My 15 year old water softener started leaking on a component that was under pressure and could have led to my basement flooding. Of course, it happens on a Sunday and I wasn’t sure what to do, so I went to my phone Book yellow pages(yep, I still use it!) saw the familiar Roto Rooter logo and decided to give them a call. They arranged for Tom Marchese, a journey man professional (my new best and trusted friend in the business). He came out, assessed the situation and gave me my options. Due to the critical nature and possibility of catastrophic damage to my basement and all of it’s contents, I found the best choice was to invest in a new unit and having a professional like Tom install it. Tom put me in as 911 level customer and cleared his schedule to put it in that afternoon. Tom gave me advice that I trusted, at a fair and competitive price, he was totally COVID 19 compliant, very polite and neat in his work. It ended up being a two day job so, I know the job was done right and I will have many carefree days in the future in getting my soft water. Tom even replumbed the location of the unit to allow me an increased area for storage and cleared a pathway to make more efficient use of this storage area. I would like to thank Tom for his professional advice and service, as well as his hard work on a couple of very hot and humid summer days. Called a local competitor as well as Aksarben last April to fix a leaking pipe behind a tub surround. Competitor wanted to pull out the surround and redo it for $4k but Doug was able to use a remodel plate and get the leak fixed for around $1k. Give that man a raise!

The technician Dan arrived on time, spent a long time looking at my slow moving drains, listening to my concerns. He was able to show me the real problem is my galvanized pipes that are connected to new pipes that were added before I owned the house, not clogged drains as I was thinking. He gave me a price quote for the work needed to be done to make the house right. Overall I was pleased with the service although I will have to decide what to do moving forward.
