Mike came by and looked at our issue. What we thought was a clogged drain was actually plumbing not up to standards. John and his crew came out and worked from the basement to access the main floor plumbing. They carefully cut out drywall to repair. They took the time to show me what the issues were and was able to resolve. The drains are working perfectly now. Mike was friendly, professional, and prompt. John was professional and cared about the job they were doing and kept the mess to a minimum. Our drywall repair guys stated they don't often see such careful access through the ceiling. I was able to reuse the original drywall and had it repaired with minimal effort from the drywall crew. I would highly recommend Mike and John at Micro Plumbing to my friends and family. I first used A & A when they were the vendor of choice for my home warranty company. They did a good job unclogging a couple of drains. Since then, they have installed new toilets and a sink faucet, and today installed the toilet flange and shower pan in my basement bathroom remodel. Each time they were prompt to scheduled the service call, arrived on time, and completed each job efficiently and professionally. They also answered several of my questions and left the work area clean. Anthony and Nate are very professional and did a great job. Also, the receptionist (I am sorry that I don't recall her name) was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodating in scheduling my service calls. I would highly recommend this company!

I use to do my own plumbing but I got hurt and cannot do it anymore. I got a leak in the basement coming from main level toilet 4 inch pipe were the bathe tube old 1 1/2 bathroom drain connected. I received bids from $1200.00 to $1800.00. Scott gave me a bid of $750.00 for the same job to remove and replace the 4 drain from the main level toilet and reconnect the new bathtub drain. Scott did it in the the time he said 4 hours and everyone else said 8 hours. The finished job was done great and no mess at all. His job ethic's are the best. AGAIN THANKS SCOTT.
