The 2 men that came to our house were very nice and professional. They cleaned our drains quickly and did a great job. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the office told me they could have someone out in 1 hour, but it took 5 hours for someone to arrive.

A & A Plumbing showed up on time, was able to fix my problem within hours of calling them, and charged 1/4 of the price!

My experience started off by calling the wrong company: B*rtan. They would not give me a price quote over the phone, and 3hrs late someone showed up at 8pm. Without even trying to fix my problem, they gave me a quote of either $500 or $1000 if they had to get on the roof.

A & A on the other hand- Gave me a quote of $250 over the phone after explaining my problem, got to my house at the time they told me, and who I talked to on the phone -was the person that showed up- I didn't get handed off through two different dispatchers.

Fast response, a serviceman arrived within an hour of me contacting them to give a free estimate on the leak I had encountered. It ended up being a simple fix that only required a small part to repair. On their website you can get a coupon for $35 off any service but I didn't even have to use it because they charged me NOTHING!!I used the chance to get another estimate on installing a shower in my bathroom and the quote was reasonable enough I'll be calling them again soon to install the equipment and this time I'll get to use my $35 coupon :)

The technician Mike was amazing! We had such an awful experience with Choice Home Warranty where we went 5 days without heat, only to have some fly by night person come to fix and he just made it worse! Aksarben ARS was responsive, professional and they came out same day and fixed the mess from the other tech that messed everything up! Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for all our Heating and A/C etc. needs!!! Thank you so much for the great service and warmth!!!

I use to do my own plumbing but I got hurt and cannot do it anymore. I got a leak in the basement coming from main level toilet 4 inch pipe were the bathe tube old 1 1/2 bathroom drain connected. I received bids from $1200.00 to $1800.00. Scott gave me a bid of $750.00 for the same job to remove and replace the 4 drain from the main level toilet and reconnect the new bathtub drain. Scott did it in the the time he said 4 hours and everyone else said 8 hours. The finished job was done great and no mess at all. His job ethic's are the best. AGAIN THANKS SCOTT.

We had a great experience with a recent visit from American Rooter. Dan was able to quickly diagnose the initial issue and then we made a game plan to scope our main sewer line. After watching the tape, he was able to make a recommendation and further action steps. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision that day and I feel like we received quality service and an honest opinion. Overall, I felt like American Rooter was on our team and wants to work with us, not just get a check. We will be calling other companies for additional bids, but we are still very impressed with the service and professionalism and did sign up for the 2 year plan.
