Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Scott came for a drain clean and ended with a disaster, but fought his way through to find the clog in an old house with not the ideal situations one would like. He fought through some gross stuff and came out smelling like roses at a more than fair price. I would recommend OCB and Scott any day of the week.

Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

We reached out and scheduled an appointment window of 4:30 to 6 as we do not get off work until 430. We were told we would get a text and would have THREE minutes to respond or they would not come. When we got off work at 430 we found they had text around 4pm. So we called and they advised us the tech was sent to another call and they were not sure if they could get anyone to us now. When we mentioned that they text during a time we specifically told them we would still be at work as well as approx 30 minutes before the window even opened it was as if they could care less. So can't say how the services are as we will be looking elsewhere.

The two reasons I gave it 4 stars is because I was supposed to have my toilet fixed on April 14, 2023, but I got pushed to Monday (April 17, 2023 then pushed to Tuesday (April 18, 2023) I talked to a manager named Jim, and he was able to give me a discount for the service which helped a lot. The plumber named Paul came out and did a great job and I appreciate his professionalism and understanding. I will definitely consider using the service again due to those two gentlemen providing me actually good customer service.

We had a plumbing issue at our home where a piece of metal broke off our tub stopper. We called Aksarben to come out to look. They stated that they would need to replace a section of pipes and another part because it was stuck in a certain area. They did no tests to make that assumption but we agreed thinking they knew what they were doing. They stated they would come back on a Friday and it would be fixed that evening. So they came back and cut a whole in our ceiling and replaced the pipes for a total of $2400. This did not fix the issue which confirmed the block was not where they stated. They then said they would come back another day to snake it. This was a huge red flag for me because if snaking it is the solution then why was that not tried in the first place? This would have also located the exact spot of the blockage. We decided to get a 2nd opinion. So we called out a different company. That plumber ran a snake first thing to try and locate the blockage. He figured out that the blockage was not even in the area they replaced and said that he felt they jumped to the most expensive option without even doing the basics. He then stated that the work should have cost $800 at the most. I even have a recording of the entire conversation. I took this information back to ARS hoping they would do the right thing. I spoke with a Michelle who after several emails back and forth said they planned on still charging us the full amount despite the fact that they performed unnecessary work and despite that another company had to come out and complete the work. I was shocked by this because I had always heard great things about Aksarben but I feel and have confirmed with a professional that we were taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge on plumbing.EDIT: as of 7/24 the plumbing issue was fixed by another company and cost me a total of $284 which included a year warranty. This plumber also confirmed the work Aksarben performed was unnecessary.

Mr. Wichert arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He quickly cleaned out my clogged bathroom sink drain. I was pleased with his work and price.
