Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Finally! A plumber that gets the job done in a cost effective manor without trying to upcharge/sell unnecessary repairs. I was beginning to think this style of business had become extinct. I have used Micro on three occasions and won't call anyone else.

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

Aksarben Pipe & Sewer dba Southside Plumbing and also dba Next Gen Plumbing came out to snake the kitchen sink line and the mainline. There were ZERO leaks when they came. After completion, the serviceman said there was a small leak in the basement that he said must have been there prior to his arrival. I swept the floor prior to their arrival and there was NOT a leak. My father is a pipefitter and there was not a leaky pipe. The service person mentioned to his coworker that the snake was too big and he put on a smaller tip. Regardless, something they did caused the basement pipe to have a hole. I called the company and the boss, Josh, was to return my call after lunch. He has not called. I called back at 4 and the receptionist (who is extremely kind) said he is now in a meeting. I have not heard back. The man who called this afternoon said it would be my responsibility and take at least 2 to 3 hours at $110 an hour. I paid $178 yesterday to have them unplug the sink, not break my pipe. The kitchen drain drains perfectly now, unfortunately, it drains right out the pipe in the basement and onto the floor. I understand pipes can be compromised, especially if too big a snake is used. I'm just extremely sad no one has called me back. I just called again and the receptionist said the boss left due to an emergency. I guess a waterfall in my basement isn't an emergency. sigh

someone came to fix some plumbing in my house which they did do but in the process of fixing it they broke another part of the plumbing and are claiming they can’t come back to fix it without me putting in another work order that id need to pay for, it makes no sense for me to pay them to fix something they broke in my own house. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the help and service this company is able to provide.

I called roto rooter after having water back up from my main into my laundry room. I was sold a pecote treatment and water jetting service. After the pecote,I was advised their jetter was not working. Mark Sullivan was very communicative and after a week of not being able to get their jetter to me, he refunded that portion of the service in a timely manner. I had a very positive experience with Mark and Roto and will definitely use them again.

The gentleman who did my furnace check covered under my service contract was very professional . He was great at explaining everything to me. He was very neat and I would want him to do my two annual Air and furnace checks. Thank you, Joan Trygg

Scott and his team have always been easy to work with, they are on time, honest and will explain procedures and any issues they may encounter. It is often hard to find a quality service provider, but I believe I have done so with Equisure...no need to call anyone else.

Very responsive. Had problems with a sump pump. They fixed the problem in short order. Highly recommend.

Fernando came out same day on a Sunday and helped us get a new water heater installed and even helped us with another minor plumbing project we had been putting off. He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend 402 Plumbing!

Bradd and Ethan came out to address a couple perpetual plumbing issues we were having with our hot water and flow. The service, knowledge and respect they delivered was fantastic. While diagnosing the problem and anytime an issue was uncovered, I was shown, informed and educated as to what was happening and provided a solution. Once the problem was resolved and work was complete, everything was returned to the way it was, if not better. The professionalism, open communication and knowledge go a long way in alleviating any worry of being taken advantage of. well we had major drain on mar 13 and we ask him to check for tree roots he said drain was running freely so did need any thing else...we paid 165.oo for his work .....just had to call another plumber for another drain clog he says we have tree roots and we need new line......so no stars for bad job .....do not call major drain for serice......
