Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

extremely expensive, 15 mins of work for one plumber, the other plumber was there standing and looking at the other guy working. I was billed $218.56. Called and asked for explanation i was told i was billed a minimum rates even if the work was 5 mins i would have been billed the same. I spoke to Frank.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Nick had a cancelation in my are and came over shortly after being called. He estimated and installed a spigot in my garage, ran a gas line for my stove, and repaired pipe under my sink all in less than 4 hours. Their rate was very reasonable and the work looks great!

Chris was professional and understanding about my situation. He suggested a new disposal since my disposal had stopped working ago and was rusted. He replaced the disposal with no issues. Came back and installed a new kitchen faucet as well. He stayed to make sure there was no leaks with the new install.

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful
