They worked on my sewer line in the house I rent. It unfortunately was done when I was at work. I came home to my basement trashed. There was concrete and mud tracked throughout my ENTIRE house. Caked on my furniture near where the repair was done. On my stair rail and even on the doorknobs. The concrete work over where the line was replaced looked like a child had patched it. I've had absolutely nothing but awful experiences with this company, including the day they said they would come assess my problem. Told me they had been there and taken pictures...except according to my security camera nobody was at my house that day. They are not professional or reliable and I wouldn't recommend them to plu!m a porta-porty. If you value a quality repair from quality plumbers go to someone else.

micro was able to send a technician out the same day to get our water heater replaced. Our tech was knowledgeable and professional and finished the job quickly and quietly.

Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!

My husband called initially to ask about our failing water heater and got an appointment set up. Brian came out and met with me to inspect and decide on a plan. He treated me with respect, didn't dumb anything down, and had even agreed to repeat everything he had just explained when my husband called me to ask a few questions (he could not be onsite for the appointment). Brian explained everything as he had to me. We agreed that replacement was best option. The 2 techs who came out to perform the replacement (Rob and Mason) were both very nice, friendly, and professional. The installation was quick and done cleanly. There were no hidden expenses in our quote and I would recommend them 100 times over for any plumbing needs.

I scheduled an appointment and they got a service tech out to my house right away. The lady I talked to on the phone, Kayleen, was super helpful on making sure I got everything I needed. I will definitely will be telling my friends and family about this service!

I first used A & A when they were the vendor of choice for my home warranty company. They did a good job unclogging a couple of drains. Since then, they have installed new toilets and a sink faucet, and today installed the toilet flange and shower pan in my basement bathroom remodel. Each time they were prompt to scheduled the service call, arrived on time, and completed each job efficiently and professionally. They also answered several of my questions and left the work area clean. Anthony and Nate are very professional and did a great job. Also, the receptionist (I am sorry that I don't recall her name) was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodating in scheduling my service calls. I would highly recommend this company!

I'm happy I chose Roto Rooter. Upon my first call, my estimated wait for a Drain Tech was 2 hours. Luckily, he arrived in less than one hour. He listened to my explanation and after a moment's deliberation went to work fixing the badly coupled pipe causing the leak. Pipe repaired, he then set about snaking the clog which, when pulled from its hiding place, was a hair clog resembling a drown rat. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and had great customer service. Scott and his team have always been easy to work with, they are on time, honest and will explain procedures and any issues they may encounter. It is often hard to find a quality service provider, but I believe I have done so with Equisure...no need to call anyone else.

A Raymond Plumbing came out last Thursday to diagnose and give me a bid on a leak originating from the bathtub in my main bathroom. Ken told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix the waste and overflow valve on my tub through an exposed ceiling in my basement. A different guy shows up on Monday to do the work and after less than 20 minutes of being there the guy tells me he doesn't have the right parts to do the job so he leaves and he's gone for over an hour. He comes back does less than 45 minutes of work then presents me for a bill for 2.5 hours labor (because I have to pay for him to not only go back to the shop and get the parts he needs on a job they bid before coming to do but also for him to go shopping and buy a saw blade that cuts metal pipe which they can now use for other customers). From where I stand I think he should have had the appropriate parts and tools to do the job since they bid it beforehand and shouldn't they already have a saw blade that cuts metal pipes because I can't be the only house in town with
metal pipes. To pass that cost off onto me was not fair as they now have a tool that they can now use for other jobs. Then to bill me 2.5 hours labor when I checked my camera system on my house and his big truck sat in my driveway for less than 1.5 hours total was another way to inflate the total cost of the bill. I have since talked to 2 other plumbers and they both agree with me on the fact that they should have came with what they needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the time they spent shopping and for a tool they can now use on future projects. I really feel taken for a ride and I will not be using A Raymond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will tell my story to anyone that will listen.
