Called Aksarben and they were able to come within two hours and diagnose and fix the furnace issue. Ryan was the repairman and he did very well, even recommended some products we could get to help long term with the issue.

My technician was so polite and nice explained everything to me so I could understand it. He replaced my thermostat on the wall explain how to use it. And most of all my dog liked him.I would use this company ever time with no hesitation.Thank you

He explained everything he did and gave me some tips on how to avoid problems in the future. I've had Banjamin Franklin over multiple times for plumbing issues. We have an older house we decided to fix the issues one at a time. The plumbers were always helpful and very knowledgable! We will need a new water heater soon and I know who I'm going to call!

Our air conditioning went out and it was heating up in the house! I called Frazier Co's emergency line and they had a tech out to my house in less than 35 minutes. Russ was our service tech and I gotta say he is probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Courteous, Super-Friendly, Funny and knows his stuff. He had us fixed up in about 45 minutes. I was charged over $300 for a technician to tighten a belt on my dryer and to screw a bolt down on my washer. When I called to ask about the charges, and I was told I would get a $30 refund (I'm still waiting to receive the refund). Six weeks later, my dryer still doesn't work. When I called ASAP, I was told they only give a 30-day guarantee. I will be calling another company to hopefully get it fixed right this time.
