24 hr service line no one answers on the weekend was on hold for 1 and 04 minutes. 19sec. That allowed me to call 3 other companys finally get help from burton.

Occurred on Feburary 15th 2020.

Fixed my clog but promised to come back and fix unrelated leaky pipe and never showed

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. We were thrilled to have Anthony Marquez sp? install our kitchen faucet and sprayer. We bought it at Home Depot and asked them to recommend a plumber. They included the fee for installation right on our sales slip which made it very simple. The price was very reasonable and Anthony was a delight. He was friendly, polite, and did excellent work. He cleaned up after the job and left everything spotless. I wish every home repair store had an Anthony, We've had a few sour lemons but Anthony gets a gold star for his work. We will call him again when we need a plumber. If you have an employee of the month, he would get 1st place in our book. gracia & bob

I just want to thank Anthony with A&A plumbing for coming out not once but twice to find where a water leak was coming from! I also want to give him props on how he handled our cats that were out before I was able to get home. I know he will probably forever remember that experience! Thomas was the technician that came out. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did anything. He was easy to talk to and answered any question I had.

Our A-coil was freezing up. Matthew did a thorough job of finding the problem and offering two solutions and explained both in detail. Because of the cost of the repair to an 18 year old system we chose to replace. Mitch and Wayne performed the install and explained all of the new features. We noticed our air purifier was not working shortly after they left and they came back and fixed the problem immediately. The best part was they cleaned up after themselves, that I couldn’t even tell they were here. I would highly recommend aksarben ARS.
