Best Plumbing Issues in Omaha NE

I will be using Action Rooter again. I recently had a clogged drain from our washing machine drain. I had Aksarben Plumbing come out. The guy could not get it unclogged and charged me. They gave a estimate of $1500-$2500 to replace the pipes.
Action Rooter came out the same day and unplugged the drain. Charged me $49 less than Aksarben. Also gave us a 30 day warranty on his work. We have three centers and for now on we will be using Action Rooter. Thank you very much!

Bill, Thank you so much for sending Jason out here yesterday! He did a fantastic job and was very friendly! He had some minor inconveniences (a leaky pipe and replacing a valve with 2 water lines instead of one) but he dealt with it in a professional manner. He ran out to get the pieces to accommodate 2 water lines and went to work! Big Burge Plumbing is an excellent local company. I had an issue on Christmas Eve and they got somebody to my house in a couple hours. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be using Big Birge for any future plumbing needs.

someone came to fix some plumbing in my house which they did do but in the process of fixing it they broke another part of the plumbing and are claiming they can’t come back to fix it without me putting in another work order that id need to pay for, it makes no sense for me to pay them to fix something they broke in my own house. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the help and service this company is able to provide.

Very professional and good work done

We were thrilled to have Anthony Marquez sp? install our kitchen faucet and sprayer. We bought it at Home Depot and asked them to recommend a plumber. They included the fee for installation right on our sales slip which made it very simple. The price was very reasonable and Anthony was a delight. He was friendly, polite, and did excellent work. He cleaned up after the job and left everything spotless. I wish every home repair store had an Anthony, We've had a few sour lemons but Anthony gets a gold star for his work. We will call him again when we need a plumber. If you have an employee of the month, he would get 1st place in our book. gracia & bob

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

I'm a very busy mom and I don't have the time to spend all day on the phone trying to get ahold of a plumber. They picked up the phone quickly, I didn't have to be on hold for 20 minutes. I spoke to a very polite woman named Mayson, she was very patience and helpful. Overall just a great customer service experience. Beware.....
Service line was clogged. Two Men and a Snake told me I had a crack in the main sewer line, without putting a camera down the drain, during the process of clearing the drain. The plumber told me it would be $1250 instead of, the original price, $135. Told him I would be seeking a second opinion. 10 min later he came back and said the drain was clear, no cracks, and it was a sock blocking the line. Didn't want to believe the reviews but just be cautious. My first experience and probably my last. At least they came out in a timely fashion.
