EXCELLENT HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

They showed up and replaced a burst pipe on shirt notice. The lead time for other contractors was a week and they got out in 24 hours. I actually forgot to pay them for like a month. Just spaced it off. They sent a bill. They called yesterday a month later and we're so polite. I paid over the phone with a card. It didn't feel like a shakedown lol, rather just a reminder. Great customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We showed the technician a list of problems we needed fixed and he refused to look at it, thinking he knew better. He refused, twice, to do work that is covered by our home warranty company even though that was all we asked for. Additionally, the technician repeatedly displayed misogynistic attitudes toward both my wife and sister in law, refusing to share quotes with them but readily sharing the same quote with a Male friend. In the first instance we dealt with this company, the technician refused to do work on a water heater that was covered by our warranty. We ended up calling Home Depot who did the work we asked for, which we had to pay out of pocket and was $2,400 cheaper than the price quoted by the arrogant technician. They lost a $2,200 deal because of the techician's arrogance and refusal to DO WHAT WE ASKED. The second time we dealt with this company, the same technician REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE LIST OF REPAIRS WE ASKED FOR and then told us that, whatever HE had decided to fix was not covered by our warranty. This is absolutely a terrible company with awful customer service, rude and sexist technicians, and their bad attitudes and attempts to rip off their customers is giving a bad name to even the home warranty company we use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have used Harris plumbing for multiple projects from replacing worn out shut off valves, water heater repair, water heater replacement as well as replacing the shut off valves and supply lines for our sprinkler system. They have also given us recommendations for contractors to snake our drain to the street when our kid put the thanksgiving potato peels down the drain. We plan to use them to convert our main floor laundry into a Half Bath. They are prompt, clean, professional and reasonably priced.

I have been with Ben Franklin and their sister companies for 13 years. They are absolutely the best. I called at 10:30 and they were here at 12:00 noon even though it wasn't an emergency call. Mike Maier is a master plumber who has worked around our house many times. With Avery, he got today's job to install a new faucet done meticulously and without a hitch even though working in an ultra narrow space. He made sure to give me advice on using the extra gadget that came with the faucet he changed. Thank you Mike and Avery.
