Great experience with Bill! He takes the anxiety from plumbing issues and makes you feel at ease. I have never recalled exclaiming to a contractor, thats all?! when getting the bill, but did just that with Bill and Affordable Plumbing. He and his employee take their job seriously and are professionals in every sense of the word. I personally would use no one else in the Omaha area.

Was quoted an hourly price for hot water installation , then when the guys got there I was quoted a higher price because it was going to take two guys (was wasnt that mentioned with the phone quote I rec'd) all I saw the 2nd guy do was help get the hot water heater on the dolly from the garage and I assume help with the installation to some degree, but I did hear him (the 2nd guy) take a couple of calls on his cellphone and they sure as hell weren't work related from what I heard..
Everything seemed to go well, the install was Friday November 11 & Monday night November 14 when I went downstairs to do some laundry I found water on the floor...one of the copper pipes was leaking above the water heater.... When I called in to get the tech back out to look at his work (now other than the hot water heater that had to be replaced, there was never a SINGLE SOLITARY LEAK from a pipe), he looked at it and said it wasn't his fault, the problem was with the fitting that he had nothing to do with......REALLY!!!??? and it was going to cost me another $156.00 to repair... after the initial $399 to install...the install was now costing me as much as the purchase of the hot water heater....So, what am I supposed to do?????? miss more time & money from work, and send them away? find another business that was more competent? or just bend over & take it up the azz?....you guessed it....option C....i dont have the time or money to keep missing work. SO THE LESSON LEARNED HERE ISWHATEVER YOU DO.....DON'T USE OR RECOMMEND SOUTHSIDE PLUMBING!!!

They are awesome. Fixed my water heater quickly. Extremely nice! Very affordable. Will be calling them again for sure. Cannot be happier.

Paul and Wes came out today to help us with our sump pump. They were so friendly and explained everything they were doing. They put me at ease. They were awesome!!!!! Definitely will recommend you guys!!! Thank you.

They did a great job identifying and clearing a complicated sewer drain issue. Plumbers that showed up were very professional, I will definitely call them again.

Mike was awesome and was determined to help figure out my problem that 3 other plumbers dismissed/blamed on me. He was able to figure it out and fix it!

A & A Plumbing showed up on time, was able to fix my problem within hours of calling them, and charged 1/4 of the price!

My experience started off by calling the wrong company: B*rtan. They would not give me a price quote over the phone, and 3hrs late someone showed up at 8pm. Without even trying to fix my problem, they gave me a quote of either $500 or $1000 if they had to get on the roof.

A & A on the other hand- Gave me a quote of $250 over the phone after explaining my problem, got to my house at the time they told me, and who I talked to on the phone -was the person that showed up- I didn't get handed off through two different dispatchers.

I would hightly recommend A & A Plumbing!

Update: Not twenty minutes after my review, I received a call from Todd @ Roto-Rooter to talk about the service I received. We spent some time walking through my concerns, he provided me several options to right the ship. Its unfortunate that we had to have the call, but I strongly feel that the integrity of a business is never more heavily tested then when dealing with situations like this. These guys certainly pass muster where that is concerned, and as a result, I'll certainly consider them for future plumbing needs.Was told the drain cleaning came with a 6 month warranty. However, after the work was complete the tech attempted to upsell me on a camera inspection of the line, and when I declined, he said that could impact their ability to stand behind the warranty. None of this was disclosed or discussed prior to my accepting the work. I declined, as I felt this was a shady business tactic. Now, three days later, a funny smell from the drain has me bringing out another locally owned and family-recommended plumber. Being told there is still a clog, and a camera inspection shows it's likely been there for some time. So, I'm now questioning both the competency and transparency of Roto-Rooter.

Two of Raymond Plumbing technicians came to our home to fix a stopped drain. We just bought the house not too long ago, so we were not sure what to expect. They were thorough, even leaving to grab a bigger snake. When they returned they were able to deduce the problem and, with the help of a Sawzall, they cleaned out a grease area that they assumed could have been growing for ten years. They never gave up. I expected the bill to be huge since they were here 2 1/2 hours, but everyone in the family agreed it was very fair because it was less than we thought. We will use them again!
