Best Other Plumbing Services in Omaha NE
Bill is very professional, always on time, and very reasonable as far as prices. He and Jason did several jobs at my house, and always made sure everything was a 100% to my satisfaction and some. Bill stands behind his work and each time went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing

Speedy response to my inquiry about some indoor and outdoor plumbing work needed at my house, and Jacob (the plumber) was fantastic - he was thorough, knowledgeable and timely, both for arrival and completion of work.

Fernando is the best. Affordable and reliable. We’ll be calling him again!

Beyond the clear fake reviews, I saw one true review that had our exact experience. They wanted $400+ to look at our issue . Paid that reluctantly. Reviewed their bid to fix a leaking drain pipe and the bid came to $6,500!!
Total up sale with everything. Hell, the bid did include a new toilet handle though!! Must be some toilet handle

Matt is the best guy in town. Showed up with 1 phone call, job done, went above and beyond. Don’t look anywhere else.

Do not go to them. They are very overpriced and will try to get more money than needed. They came to my sisters house couldn't unclog and said that they would have to drill and the estimate was around $900 my sister paid the fee for coming out and trying to fix it which I was still unpleased. She called Royal Rooters and they charged her another $130 BUT FIXED THE PROBLEM. I spoke to management and asked to get this resolved or try to get my money back and have yet to hear from them. I sent them a copy of the invoice from royal rooters as they asked. Very unprofessional and looking for easy money. Would never go to them or recommend again.

Had to pipe bust late in the night and these guys were so quick the next morning to come out and fix it! Not only were they so good on price, but they were quick, professional, clean, and the guys were awesome! Definitely using this company from here on out had a five out of five star experience!

I'm posting this as an update to the previous review.
Benjamin Franklin quoted $998 to bring the washer up to code.
Today, I had another highly rated plumbing company in Omaha come to the home to assess the work done by Benjamin Franklin.
The plumber who came in today took 30 mins to fully explain what I was looking at (the plumber from Benjamin Franklin didn't even take the time to listen to my concerns about the size of my washer and dryer, and went according to what he personally thought was best).
The plumber who came in today told me that Benjamin Franklin plumbing did NOT even bring the washer up to code, even though they charged me a total of $1,600.
I've spoken to the owner and he would say things like,
Can I ask you a question without you getting mad?
Or, I'm taking emotions out of this and looking at this from a purely business perspective, which implies that I'm overly-emotional. While I understand he was trying to mitigate the situation, he doesn't understand that his implications and questions were extremely sexist, as if my emotions aren't warranted.
If you paid $1,600 for someone to rip out your drywall and not do the work they told you they were going to do, would you not react?
Business etiquette means that plumbers should be professional, regardless of emotions, and not call the home ugly, or talk down to their customers as if we don't know anything about plumbing, just so they can hide the fact that they took an easy way out. They manipulate you into thinking they did what you asked for. I wonder how many people hired this company to bring things up to code and were scammed as well.
My emotions don't change the fact that their men did NOT do the work that was quoted. It's that simple.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a dishonest company. Do yourself a favor and go with any other company.
The other company I'm speaking to is going to provide a full, in-depth summary of the work that was done, complete with photos, to prove that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did NOT do what they said they would do.

Update and response to the owner's response below:
This response was not to truly apologize for the incomplete work.
This public response did not address ANY of the issues that were mentioned - the lying about the work that was supposed to be done, calling me overly-emotional, or simply never responding after I sent videos of the butchered job.
If this company was truly sorry, they would have reached out and apologized, but instead, they chose to leave a response to blame US for the fact that they couldn’t resolve anything, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
Again, a sad display of just how terrible their customer service is and reveals their integrity. This is just another example of how misguided their intentions are. So shady.
