Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Monte came out provided a bid, I accepted the bid set a date for work to begin…gave my tenants notice of when work would begin and they never showed up! Rescheduled several times, and never showed up again, lastly had another guy from the company call to say they would begin the job in a few days and they never showed up…get the theme! They never showed up! Run away from this company!

Horrible service. Lies to customers, don’t ever trust Bill. He will rip you off and not fix anything. Not even a real company it’s just one old man who doesn’t know anything.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. Our first experience with Big Birge was fantastic. From the moment we realized we had a plumbing leak, we had excellent communication with office personnel (Tonya) and were immediately informed of how we were going to fix the problem when our plumber Dennis arrived. We were worried that we wouldn't get a plumber to come out the same day--- that wasn't a problem and from the moment we called, Tonya assured us that Big Birge would be there. Dennis was available later in the day and even showed up early to our appointment. He was very knowledgeable. Exactly what we needed to help us fix our leaking pipe. Dennis also let me do a couple of things before shutting off water and had patience with my 7 year old looking on. We could tell that this was a family company that valued working with other local families.

These guys are incredible! I’ve used Burton and American Rooter in the past and Integrity Plumbing far exceeded both services in both professionalism, approach, and value. Burton and American Rooter both raise their costs so that they can sell you a cheaper monthly package that appears to then lessen the cost of the current job they are doing. Even if I would have chosen the monthly service package with either services, their 20% discount still care out to be twice as expensive as Integrity Plumbing. Bill did awesome work, fixed the problems and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I will recommend Integrity Plumbing and Bill to all of my friends and will always use them from now on. Great experience, great value, great work!

Due to a warranty company we were lucky to have been given A& A plumbing.. They came late in the day on a Friday in an emergency situation and were kind, courteous and efficient.. The owner even stopped by to lend a hand.. We had hot water that evening and were so thankful... Thanks again A&A.. We really appreciated everything you did for us!

The technician was very personable, and did a good job cleaning the drain. However, when he left, I could see an etched circle in our bathroom tile where his machine had sat.I declined to post a review because I told him what I would have to say. But they persisted to ask me, so I’m giving this with you.

We have a challenging situation in the home that another company was ill equipped to handle. Ken came in and managed the situation to get the job done. He definitely went the extra mile - his time and consideration were much appreciated (as is the unplugged drain)!

I called for help with my sprinkler system and they were able to solve my problem in a couple of hours.
