I needed to have the water lines and drain moved in a bathroom to accommodate a new vanity. I really appreciate the speed with which the entire project was done - from getting a bid, to scheduling the job, to having the work complete. Couldn't have met nicer guys to work with!

Our technician was Mike Inman, we had some issues with gas plumbing and he was very professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. That’s the kind of service I look for. It took him no time at all to figure out what was needed to be done and essentially was in and out with all the help and service necessary. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly suggest using them for any services and we will be using them again. 5 ⭐️‘S.

Cooper was quick and very informational on my new toilet. Made sure everything was tight and no leaks. Cleaned up wonderfully couldn’t of asked for better work.

Update: I changed this to five stars from one star because of the service once a technician came out. I'd choose this company again, but probably try calling if nobody showed or called after an hour. Two hours with no contact from them is a bad sign.
I waited two hours and nobody showed up for the scheduled visit, and nobody answered the office phone either. Waste of my time.

I was having an issue with the water valve on my bathroom shower, and Josh with NxtGen Plumbing promptly came to fix the issue where other plumbing technicians could not. I was truly appreciative of his friendliness, professionalism, & service. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me what needed to be repaired. They were scheduled to come out on two occasions and both times nobody showed up.

First time I called two days in advance to schedule appointment and was put in the 12-2 window. Was called at 2 saying they were running late. By 7 pm nobody showed up and I called and they said someone was still coming out that night. By 11 pm nobody showed up. Didn't get called until the following afternoon to explain what happened and that was only after writing a bad review. Chris (owner) called and profusely apologized that one of his technicians essentially blew it off. They were super busy so I can understand, no problem. Chris offered to come out himself but it couldn't be right now, because they were too busy. No problem. I asked if he could come almost two weeks later because I was going out of town. He said I will come look at it myself and it will be the cheapest plumbing job you will ever have. I have it add on my calendar. So the day before they were suppose to come back I called just to make sure everything was a go (given the first experience I didn't have much confidence). I talked to the woman who answered the phone and she knew nothing about it so she transferred me to Chris. No answer, so I left a message for him. I was never called back. So the next day I called again just to make sure somebody was going to come like I was originally told and again nobody knew anything about it. The woman this time said Chris was in a meeting and said she send him a text message. Once again nobody called me back and nobody showed up to fix my plumbing. It's been nearly a week later and I still haven't even had the two calls returned.

I have never wrote an online review for any other service. But this has been such a poor experience I felt it was warranted.
