I called at least ten companies from the BBB-rated plumbing company list on Friday. Everybody was fully booked for the day including Southside Plumbing. However, after I explained my problem, the wonderful lady at the desk told me that she would try to send somebody by the end of the day. Around 4 pm, here comes Ray, looks at the job, explains what needs to be done, finishes the job at lightening speed (less than 30 minutes) and takes off. My wife and I just could not believe that
plumber's work can be that fast and so efficient. With 40 years of plumbing work experience, Ray is the true expert and an honest
professional. We are going to ask for Ray for any plumbing work in the future.
Job that Ray did was removing the old shower valve from the tiled wall, adding two cut-off valves for the hot and cold water copper lines and two adapters to hook-up a new shower system.

He showed up on time and completed the repair and maintenance professionally. He even helped me set up my nest thermostat which the settings were wrong and I didn’t understand how to do. These guys were amazing. I was in a pinch and needed a plumber, they were there in 20 minutes when others said ‘take a number!’ They went out of their way to make sure my plumbing needs were fixed right. 402 for all of my future plumbing needs!

They wouldn’t provide me a bid for a sewer repair unless I was at the home. Originally I scheduled a technician to meet my father at the house and was led to believe that would be fine. Then they called when the tech was on the way and said I would need to be home. There’s no reason that I can see that they would need me home to provide a free estimate.

Brent showed up early, and did a great job in repairing a pipe that had burst due to our harsh winter. He was finished quickly, and did a great job at a fair price. This is my second time using Brent as a plumber.
