I was charged $300 to clear the kitchen sink drain on a property I've owned for18 years and I've never paid more than $147.They went up on the roof to snake out the drain which no other plumber has needed to do. The tenants told me they got sewage on their towels and other items under the bathroom sink & after trying to reason with the billing person, I was told the bill was correct and no adjustment would be made. I will never use this company again, nor will I refer them to anyone either.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. We scheduled them to water jet our pipes for around $900 9 months ago due to water build up in our basement drain (running from kitchen and washing machine). The person that cleaned our line promised us a free cleaning if we had any other issues that might’ve not been diagnosed. Now we’re having water buildup in our kitchen sink and they told us this free cleaning isn’t a policy. We called Roto-rooter to snake our kitchen line for $240. The employee at Roto-rooter mentioned we were overcharged by American Rooter... $900 might be enough to replace the whole line.
