PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Two knowledgeable gentlemen came out to take a gander at the water heater and fixed the issue promptly. They were even kind enough to look at the most talkative toilet I've ever encountered and stopped the squealing noise. Reasonably priced and will definitely be calling this company again for future plumbing needs. Thank you!

I used Michael's Plumbing for a sewer line replacement, and then a water heater replacement. I worked quite a bit with Jason to estimate and plan the project and then with Andrew while the work was underway. Throughout the process I felt like both of them communicated well and took the time to consider and explain my options. During the project, they took great care to ensure all my concerns were addressed and that all aspects of the work were completed to a high standard. All said and done I'm a happy customer. and plan to use them for future plumbing projects.

The gentlemen was very rude to me. I tried to call and schedule an appointment and he treated me like a bum! I was willing to foot the bill and he still wouldn’t schedule an appointment because other people have stiffed him in the past and put the bill on the unaware landlord! That has nothing to do with me. I’m a new customer simply trying to fix an ongoing problem on my own that my landlord hasn’t been able to fix. He even called me back to tell me his scheduler wasn’t making the appointment. I’m led to believe that he treated me this way because of the neighborhood I live in and my name. He continuously mispronounced my name with multiple variations of my name such as lakreisha, latisha, lakreita which I guess are the most common black names he knows! I’m black and my money is green! He could have told me to pay in advance or any other option besides telling me to wait on my landlord like the 50s!

Alex has always been readily available to fix any plumbing issues I have had. He is knowledgeable and works fast.

I thought this would mean that we would have to reschedule but I was wrong. Ben showed up shortly after Debra notified me. Ben quickly diagnosed the problem and had me all set with 45 minutes. I found Leak Detection of Tennessee via google search on my phone and Regan was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and was so quick to come help when I was losing all hope. Here's my back story: I received a notice on my door from the water company stating unusual usage. When I called they told me that my normal average monthly usage was 4300 gallons but I was at 43,900 gallons! There was no sign of a leak anywhere inside my home nor anything visible outside of my home. I had three different plumbing companies come out, none of which were able to find a leak but all of which told me it had to be a slab leak and it was going to cost me a small fortune. I called my homeowners insurance to try to make a claim but since there was no visible/physical damage to my home, I was on my own to pay whatever the cost of repairs may be. I was devastated to say the least. So I started searching the internet for leak detectors and came across Leak Detection of Tennessee. I called and left a message and Regan called me back within 20 minutes. I told him everything I had been through up to this point and we set it up for him to come to my house the very next day. He had a lot of high tech equipment and was so thorough with his testing and continually communicated and explained things to me throughout the entire process. Once he was certain that all his data added up and he pinpointed the location of the leak, he marked it with two screwdrivers, took pictures and documented his findings. When I called a plumber to come do the repair, he started digging right in between the two screwdrivers and sure enough, Regan hit the nail on the head! The leak was exactly where he had marked it! I can't say enough good things. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Regan!

Mitch was very prompt, actually early to the scheduled appointment time! He was very polite, professional and got in, did his work, cleaned up and checked with me before leaving. It was a very pleasant experience for the installation. I would recommend him to ALL!

I recently used Choice Water Heaters to replace our leaky hot water heater. Incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They made it out to the house very quickly! While replacing the water heater, they were able to reroute a water purification system that was blocking access, and all for a great price! Will definitely be using again!
