Andy is my main go-to for all my plumbing needs indoors and outdoors. He knows his stuff and is a man of integrity. He'll fix it right the first time. I've had my fill of cheaper priced contractors who don't do the job right. It costs me less in the long run to hire someone who does the job correctly and uses top-quality parts!

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

I love Covert! I've used them twice now -- first, they helped me out with an item on a home sale repair list and the guys were on time and did a great resealing the toilet (no more rocking!). Second, I called them from our new house for a leaking faucet. Connie was amazing and got some guys out to help us quickly. Great work yet again! The repair men even helped us out with some other issues that we weren't aware of. I'm amazed by the prices they're charging, because the work is such high quality. I will never use anyone else!

We’ve used Mitch for several services (including unclogging drains and installing a water line in our fridge). He’s always professional and gets the work done quickly. We really appreciated his honesty in telling us there was some (very expensive) work that wasn’t necessary to be done at that time. We highly recommend him!

The best part of working with Shiver was that he answered the phone before business hours on a Monday at 7am and was at our residence within an hour. Unfortunately, we have nothing but negative things to say about him/service.

Upon arrival to a clinical facility that had severe water damage that had infiltrated electrical outlets and other wiring where it was a health and fire hazard (with 1/2 inch to 1 inch of standing water in 75% of the building), the first thing Shiver said was okay let's turn all breakers back on in order to turn on all the lights. Mind you we had intentionally turned off all breakers upon arrival to the facility 1 hour prior to his arrival in order to save ourselves from being electrocuted and/or damaging thousands of dollars in medical equipment. He completely disregards this massive and costly risk when he could've (and should've) worn a simple $10 head lamp to ensure safety first. Moron! Incrementally turning on the breakers by area would've been fine if done after checking to make sure the area was safe from water... sadly this never happened. We are lucky an employee was not electrocuted.

I then explained that the main water valve had been turned off and also talked Shiver through the site of the actual issue and showed him exactly what needed to be done to remedy (essentially trouble-shot the issue for him). There was a simple tear in a soft water filtration tube, and I requested that he simply replace the tubing with a hard connector/valve to prevent the tube from folding over again. Instead, he proceeds to replace the valve to where we can no longer use the sink filter, which is the whole point of the connector in the first place. Now I'll have to hire another plumber to actually fix the original problem to where we can use the water filter under our sink.

The final straw was when he handed me the service invoice -- $150. While the service call fee of $50 is reasonable and customary (very low by industry standards, actually), he charged us $100 to swap out the metal valve connector (from a T to a straight joint) that was completed in less than 10 minutes. Our issue with his invoice is that he charged $150 for a service that didn't even solve the issue at hand!!! He simply took the path of least resistance and was looking to make some fast cash, preying on an office full of all young female professionals who did not know any better. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The moment that I raised my concern to his attention, he got very angry and testy with me and said I was in the wrong and he fixed our problem, which is the exact thing that the other negative reviews on here say about him. Sad lesson learned.... while prompt and responsive via phone, my best advice is to find another plumber. It sounds like multiple others have had the exact same issue. I'm hoping that he learns from this unfortunate incident and becomes a better service professional as a result.

Chris and Brandon did a great job explaining our options and going over all details related to our repair and replacement. Came out quickly during summer hours when competitors had us on a wait list for several days. Would highly recommend.

The HVAC pro was exactly that , a pro. Was extremely helpful and did not waste any time sorting out the issue with my A/C unit.My dad and I was melting in our home. I decided to call ARS and without hesitation they got a certified HVAC pro to us.He wasted know time and pinpointed the problems. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions very politely.I only put 5 stars because it will not let me go any higher. I would if I could. Calling ARS for my central heat and air repair is something I do not regret and insist on everyone who is having A/C problem to call ARS. They are 24/7 7 days a week. The HVAC technician had our air going again with only 15 minutes of his arrival.I highly recommend. 11/10

Our experience with Hiller fully lived up to their slogan. In one of the hottest weeks of the summer, I called in and Deborah was kind, personable, and effective over the phone. John Krebs was dispatched and quite literally did whatever necessary to restore our broken AC unit for our household immediately. John diagnosed the problem, and when he and Project Manager Micheal Crook uncovered that a new unit would be necessary, John stayed late into the night to ensure a temporary fix would provide us air conditioning until the new unit could be installed. Micheal then came over the following morning, taking time out of his weekend, to help us make a decision on the best unit for the job and schedule installation. He also performed a complimentary review of our duct system, windows, and house efficiency. Before leaving, he left us his personal cell phone to reach him if we needed anything else. From the initial call to then end, Hiller treated us not as just clients, but family. There is a reason that Hiller vans are everywhere today and it starts with their dedication to the customer experience.
