These folks really know how to treat customers. They had to come disconnect my plumbing so that I could get new countertops installed. They came back the same day after my counter installation and installed my new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. The techs couldn’t have been nicer people. The work was top notch.

My AC stopped working on a hot day (98 degrees). After troubleshooting, I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the unit so I called Jewell. They sent their on call mechanic Tim. Tim called me within 10 minutes of me calling the office line. He gave me an ETA. He arrived promptly and was able to replace my capacitor fairly quickly. He did a great job explaining the issue and remediation effort. He was in an out timely. I highly recommend Jewell. Very professional and timely service. Thanks Tim.
