Can't say enough about our experience working with the great team at Frog Heating and Air! We were referred to Frog by a co-worker and from the first call with Jessi, we knew we picked the right company. She arranged for Curtis to come out and evaluate our system. We were told he would arrive around 1pm and he was outside our house at 12:59pm! Talk about efficient! Curtis made us feel comfortable and explained everything. No pushy sales tactics, just an honest assessment. We went ahead and approved replacing our AC unit and furnace. The financing options they offer have great interest rates and you are approved super quick. Curtis called the installation manager and was able to work us in for the next day since our house temperature was in the 90s. He even offered to bring a couple portable AC units if we had to wait more than a day. The install crews arrived on time the next day and installation went seamlessly. One of their truck drivers was on the interstate with an uncovered bed of gravel that was overflowing. They were in a lane adjacent to me and as gravel was flying everywhere, my windshield was cracked. Was not even driving directly behind the vehicle. Called to see if they could help, and they said there was nothing they could do and took no responsibility.

We recently had 5 service calls for our HVAC between thanksgiving and February. We knew the unit didn’t have much life left but when it died, it went quickly. Our tech Aaron was diligent to help our unit last as long as possible but ultimately recommended an immediate replacement. He informed us of the TVA UpLift program which is linked on the MCH website through which we were approved to receive a grant for a new HVAC unit and other energy efficient improvements to our home, saving us thousands of dollars this year and in the years to come. We were even able to request MCH as our preferred contractor for our UpLift installation.
