This is the best plumber in town period. I called Wes when my wife called and told me we had sewage backed up in our tub. Wes was booked that day but when I explained my situation he was at my house within a couple hours. The pricing was beyond fair and my wife and mother-in law said they could not have been more impresed with Covert Plumbing's service and professionalism. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Thank You Wes.

I called on a Monday or Tuesday & scheduled an appointment for Thursday. They gave me a time-frame of 5pm to 7pm. I called at about 5:15pm to find out what time they would be there. They said that they were running a couple of hours behind, & he would call me back within the hour to give me an estimated time of arrival. I never heard back from them. Poor customer service to No Show & just leave somebody hanging around waiting for them...& not even call to say that they couldn't get to me that day (or let me know when they could get to me).

They called me back for an appointment right away. They were very communicative, and arrived right on time. We had several issues around the house. They did a complete inspection, and took care of the issues, and gave me advice for follow up. I really appreciate how they worked with me.
