Called the office late afternoon but the office was closed but the voicemail leaves the owners number. He answered immediately super nice guy and told me a plumber would be out within an hour. He was here in 30 minutes. Friendly, professional and clean cut and I can't remember his name but I wish I could. Fixed the problem quickly for a beyond fair price. A local Madison company we all need to support.

Highly recommended! Had a leak fill my crawl space with ankle deep water. They fixed the leak to where the issue won’t happen again, pumped out the water to empty out my crawl space, and were very helpful all around. Reasonable price, super quick response, and great people.

I have used Choice Water Heaters for several jobs during my recent home renovation. It is a family owned business and the owner was always courteous, professional, and responsive. And he really took time to explain the problems to me and fix them properly. He even let me know that something didn't actually need to be replaced and he could just repair it quickly and inexpensively instead. As a woman, that was very helpful since I am not knowledgeable about plumbing and could easily pay for repairs that aren't necessary. I highly recommend John! He was quick to schedule with me and he was at my house exactly when he said he'd be (which I really appreciate, I have had 5 local highly-rated repair people flake or cancel last minute, and it was super frustrating, this was not the case with John at all). He took care of the clog in my bathroom sink and even offered to replace the pipes below the sink with PVC, which will last longer. He had all of the replacement parts already and completed the replacement the same day! He was very friendly and gave me additional information for how to properly care for the pipes and drains in my older house to prevent issues in the future.
