I would highly recommend this company! My call was answered quickly and 2 plumbers were at my house within 2 hours. I was very glad to hear there was a $49 option for snaking the drain, as opposed to $300+ it would take to remove/rotate the toilet. I had a high quality experience with this company and their employees and would use them again.

John Shiver is still the best plumber I know and now one of the kindest businessmen I’ve ever met! He came prepared to “do battle” with these old pipes but unfortunately I had totally misunderstood and so misinformed him of what the problem was. He didn’t need the extra supplies he had purchased (based on what I’d told him) and then wouldn’t let me pay for them. (I told him I could “save them for the next time ‘cause you KNOW there will be a next time”.) But still he refused a payment.

I have to say that John Shiver is more than fair; he is a walking example of the word honorable.

Such a kind guy! He was so helpful and they were able to help us in short notice!

Dakota and John came out to repair a water spigot that had frozen and cracked during the winter. They were on-time, knowledgeable and professional. The job required getting into a pretty cramped crawl space and they had no issues with that. These guys are a small local company and were much easier to deal with than the larger plumbing companies. On top of that their pricing was better than the bigger companies. Highly recommend, 10/10!

I had read so many great reviews on NextDoor so when my water heater sprung a leak, I called Jance. He was at my house in less than an hour! While he was replacing the water heater (in my attic, no less), he noticed the flooring around it was wet as well so he installed new flooring to ensure the new heater didn't fall thru the ceiling. I will definitely call again when I'm ready to work on my plumbing to-do list.

This is the fourth time we've used Ben Franklin for both routine and emergency work. The quality of their work is outstanding.
