They are great at getting repairs done quickly and correct. The only reason I don’t give a 5 is because the last maintenance check they came out for the tech tried to lie and say our unit is over 7 years old when I know for a fact it is only 4 years old we lived there when it was replaced. To try and get us to buy a new unit. Trying to scare people into new units and using lies is not a good look.

Technician was pleasant, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was informative and explained everything in detail.

Miguel and his team were so helpful when we had a failure from a previous plumber. He identified the problem, found the leak, and then patched the pipe and the drywall.

We also had him complete our sink installation, which was perfect.

Jared from Surfin Plumbers came out on short noticed and did a great job fixing our Water Heater leak.

Had a leak under the house I couldn’t fix and Lee came out about 10:40pm and helped us get it fixed up. Price was a little steep in my opinion (final cost broke out to about $100 per 10 minutes) but the work was quality. Repair took about 40 minutes.

I could not be more impressed with Air Trust HVAC. I called in the afternoon and they came out after work the same evening, ordered the part the next day and installed it quickly. Here's the thing tho - they didn't just repair and go. Richard educated me about HVAC systems while he was there, and Mark followed up with even more education. I've saved their information in my phone and will not hesitate to call again should I need assistance in the future. Thanks guys!

Didn’t know how to preform repair and actually made the issue worse. I was charged a service fee even though they could not repair. I wouldn’t be so harsh except I explained my issue before scheduling service.
