Great service by friendly, professional folks! We've used Lee Company since the late 1990's for two houses and have never been disappointed. Through the years Lee Company has installed HVACs, tankless water heaters, home water filters, toilets, new ducts, and has done major home electrical upgrades to our great satisfaction. We recently discovered we had roots in a sewer line which decided to clog while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Lee Company quickly came and cleared the line.
I highly recommend them as a timely, one-stop shop for your home maintenance needs.

Hello everyone. I'm Tracy, when I 1st bought my house within a month's time my compressor went out of my air conditioning unit. So I had to search around to find someone to take care of the matter. So I chose Frog Heating, Air and Electrical Company. They had excellent customer service and the representative was real respectful, polite and very knowledgeable of his job. He didn't try to push me into something I didn't want nor needed. He went through everything thing step by step taking his time show me all the options I had to choose from. Thank you Curtis Wakefield you were a life safer. I'm looking forward to tell everyone I know that is looking for a HVAC service. Thank you Frog Heating and Air and Electrical Company..Now its been a year or more with my unit. I've have great peace of mind thanks to the Frog Company. We have had them come out 2 times to look at our gas units because they were emitting Carbon Monoxide. They were unable to find the problem after 2 visits. After attempting to schedule a 3rd visit, they stated that we would be the first customer for the day. When we didn't hear from them, they told us that they made a mistake and didn't schedule us like they had stated. We waited over 6 hours without a call. When I called them back around hour 5 they stated that we were next in line, but that no technicians had finished their first job of the day. We called back and cancelled our 3rd appointment to go with another vendor because of the safety hazard. We have had to shut down our business operations for 3 days which is affecting our ability to function as a business.

I had a home maintenance contract with them. I took the afternoon off to be at home for a plumbling maintenance visit which it took me 6 weeks to get. Their plumber did not show up for the visit. It took 2.5 hours for them to return my call, for them to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment. Of course, nobody actually asked me or told me. They have always been really hard to get on the phone. They have really poor service and I am giving up my contract.

We had issues with a zone damper not opening properly, and AirTrust was always recommended online when we lived in Donelson. We had recently moved to Mt. Juliet, but I decided to call AirTrust anyway because of how often they are recommended. My experience with them was essentially a waste of time and money, as they did not properly diagnose or repair my problem, and a separate HVAC company did.

At first they seemed weirded out that I was calling for a repair not in the Donelson area, despite their service area on their website showing as going beyond Lebanon and Hendersonville. I thought this was very strange. I was explicitly asked: are you in Donelson? and had to tell them no, but I'm 15 minutes up the road.

Then the tech that came out didn't properly diagnose my damper issue at all, despite being their damper expert. He didn't even go into the attic to check the actual dampers, just held his hands up to a register and said it seems fine since its blowing cold air. After two additional nights in a row of our damper not opening (it didn't happen every day, but started happening more and more frequently), we called Lee Company instead to try and figure it out.

Lee Company was able to diagnose and fix what AirTrust could not. AirTrust was on time and was professional, but I also had to pay them for a problem that they didn't fix or handle properly. Pretty disappointing, despite all the glowing reviews.

Trevor was wonder! Very knowledgeable and answered all our question. If we go with more service I will call CoolRay and ask for him!
