Best Equipment Maintenance in Nashville TN

Within 10 minutes, our plumbing problems were fixed. We have had another company out twice this week already to fix it. Roto-Rooter saved us. They fixed what the competitors couldn't.

Lee company is the one to call if you want good honest quality service. Things can be expensive if left unchecked. So be sure to get regular checks on things in your home. We've learned so much using lee company. And saved $$ alot as well. Now we can sleep well knowing things that were repaired and replaced have been done right. Thanks lee company.

My service tech was extremely polite and professional. He identified an issue with my heating unit during a regular maintenance appointment and thankfully had the needed part on his truck and was able to make that repair on the spot for me.The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they did bump my tech's arrival time without a lot of notice. However, I certainly realize some jobs take longer than planned and I do appreciate the communication letting me know he would be later than planned. My service tech ended up arriving at the top of the next service window hour so it really ended up not being much of an issue, if 4.5 stars was an option that is what I would rate my overall visit.

Excellent local service. I had a busted water pump that was leaking. They replaced it same day with a much better high pressure pump that is far superior. The technician was very polite, professional & arrived at the exact scheduled time. I had him also look at an improperly installed bathroom sink & he quickly remedied that & found a leak I wasn't even aware of. Great company & great service. I highly recommend them. If I have any HVAC needs in the future I will certainly call them first.

Fast, courteous, professional, prompt - hard to believe a plumbing business like this actually exists.

Borgio (Bo) came to replace a toilet. He looked at me and said, “ You look like someone who likes to know how to do things. Want me to teach you?“ I was thrilled he took the time to quickly replace the toilet but explained it to me along the way. I feel incredibly empowered that he took the time and effort to educate me. I hope the company recognizes the exemplary employee they have. I will be calling Roto Rooter in the future because of this great experience with Borgio.
