I called at 7 in the morning re 2 smoke detectors that chirped although we had changed batteries. We tho't that the detectors needed to be replaced as it had been 10 years since they had been replaced. I didn't believe that they could replace all of them on such short notice but they did. We really appreciated their response.The technician was pleasant and cleaned up after himself. Also much appreciated.

I called at 4:30 in the afternoon on one of the hottest days this summer when my ac went out. The woman on the phone was fantastic. There was a technician at my house and she was done by 5:30. She was awesome in every way. Explaining what was wrong with our ac unit, having the part on site to fix it and how to save money with a maintenance plan that paid for itself that day! We will use them from now on for all our needs

Great experience with Mid Tenn Home Solutions. John was my tech, got my new water heater in quickly and left the area clean. Had no problem getting my old one out even with the sediment issues. And Rocky the owner is very helpful. Thanks for good service from a locally owned business!
