Best Air Filtration Systems in Nashville TN

I called this company for service last Friday right after lunch when my HVAC stopped working because their stickers are all over the HVAC units at my new home. The lady I spoke to said she had to pull my warranty information from the back because it wasn't in the computer and they would call me back. Since I knew if I waited too long I wouldn't be able to get help until Monday I called them back after waiting ~45 minutes. She picked up and said they were still looking over my contract and would call back in a few minutes. Another hour and a half goes by and no call. I called at 5:05 and was sent to an after-hours support/dispatch line that has no idea what warranty I have or if anything is covered and says the main office closed at 4 p.m. I received a phone call at 5:10 from the lady at the main office but it went directly to voicemail because I was on the phone with the after-hours person. The main office person's voicemail said that they could help with my problem and to call back during regular business hours on Monday! Hello entire weekend with no heat. Thanks for the help!

Edit: I almost forgot the best part, in order to keep from freezing to death this weekend I had to go out and spend a few hundred dollars on propane and space heaters instead of spending that money actually getting the problem fixed.

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

Christopher and Tony? did an excellent job and will follow through to do more to make my unit serviceable. we were very pleased with both of them and the polite and respect they gave us.

Curtis W came to do our semi annual inspection. Luckily we had no issues. He was very friendly and professional. I love that he wore booties on his shoes. Just a little extra care from the company that I appreciate. We will continue to use Frog Heating and Air for our HVAC needs.

Brian came out and did a great job fixing a condensate leak at my house.

Excellent local service. I had a busted water pump that was leaking. They replaced it same day with a much better high pressure pump that is far superior. The technician was very polite, professional & arrived at the exact scheduled time. I had him also look at an improperly installed bathroom sink & he quickly remedied that & found a leak I wasn't even aware of. Great company & great service. I highly recommend them. If I have any HVAC needs in the future I will certainly call them first.

STAY AWAY!!

If there were a 0 star option, I would use it. Roscoe Brown installed an HVAC Unit in November. In May, the unit failed. They sent someone out to fix it and they found a part that was installed correctly and another that wasn't installed at all. They fixed it and the unit began working - for 3 days.

Clearly the unit was installed incorrectly. When it failed again, they came back out and explained that someone had put an anti-leak agent in the HVAC unit, which voided the warranty. They failed to take any responsibility for the poorly-installed HVAC unit, which had already exhibited other problems (parts missing, faulty parts). They refused to fix it, claiming that it was no longer under warranty.

The manager I spoke to yelled at me several times during our 35 minute phone call, in which he continually tried to pass responsibility off to some other service provider. No one else has serviced the unit.

DO NOT use Roscoe Brown under any circumstances. Bad management, bad customer service, bad products.

I was in a time crunch and Hoffman Brothers sent out Cody the day after I called in. He inspected the system and recommended a duct cleaning. Was able to schedule it the very next day. Cody did a great job, was extremely knowledgeable, & very professional. I’m very satisfied with the service from him and Hoffman Brothers. Will definitely recommend and use again!
