Best A/C Preventive Maintenance in Nashville TN

These guys are professional and treated me very well with fair price when I experienced a serious sewer mainline backup at my house. They know what they are doing and and got a hard job done fast and charged a fair price. They kept me informed as work progressed. This company installed a new unit in my home 5 years ago. They did it quickly and affordably. Why only 2 stars? They call each year to schedule regular service, I accept, and then they are no shows or reschedule 3+ times/year until I tell them try again next year. When the unit failed 3 days outside of warranty it was the same deal. Unkept promises. I ultimately called a small local company that arrived on time, located parts, and had my unit repaired the next day. If you need anything from ARS just lie and tell them you want a new unit installed. Otherwise there is no way they will show up.

Hiller installed a new water main in our subdivision last year and did an excellent job. I now needed to connect an existing irrigation system to the main line which was done today. The plumbers again did an excellent job. Very efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m never disappointed with Hiller.

One of their truck drivers was on the interstate with an uncovered bed of gravel that was overflowing. They were in a lane adjacent to me and as gravel was flying everywhere, my windshield was cracked. Was not even driving directly behind the vehicle. Called to see if they could help, and they said there was nothing they could do and took no responsibility.

Roto-Rooter was so helpful when my tankless water heater died this week. I couldn't have asked for the whole process to go any smoother. It was easy as 1-2-3. 1. Make the call. 2. Plumbers are here superfast. 3. Turn on the faucet to blazing hot water. These guys are the best!
