Posted a review earlier; concern expressed may have been the result of miscommunication so am deleting the concern and adjusting the review to be neutral for the time being.

Main floor & lower level toilets plugged & backing up into lower level shower. Got s phone call to confirm technician was on the way. Dan arrived in the scheduled appointment time. He was a great guy & did a great job.Removed toilet, used sewer auger to front of house, pulled out a T-Shirt ( think it got there when we had the bathroom floor tiled, maybe used T to stop the fumes & it fell in). Dan also Re-installed toilet, all works great. He also had a camera check drain to street to make sure it was not blocked,Very satisfied!!!

They are always punctual. Sadly the prices have skyrocketed like everything else, but their team is fantastic.

I had a great experience with Norblom replacing an old hot water heater. We had a quote from another plumber with options ranging from twice as expensive to at least 10 times as expensive. The other plumber tried to sell us on a bunch of extras. Then we called Norblom, and Norblom was straightforward with us, reasonably priced, and did great work. I recommend them.

Got A/C tune up. Went great. He told me ways to improve system. Very helpful.

Or boiler went haywire and and wouldn't shutoff. Called Erickson and despite being booked for the day they came out. Replaced one of the thermostats. Very professional and timely. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary items and was friendly. I'll be calling them for all my hearing needs

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

After being a HomeWorks customer for multiple years, our latest experience left us feeling very negatively about the company.During our seasonal boiler tune up, our technician flagged a variety of issues that needed to be addressed, specifically, that our chlorine level was elevated and that our boiler was leaking carbon monoxide, which led us to believe that the work needed to be done immediately (which it was, prior to them pulling a permit).After having the work done, we connected with several other plumbers/companies to get a second opinion as the cost was high for the work performed. Multiple sources indicated that the cost for the work was exorbitant and that they were skeptical with that work itself was as critical as the technician led us to believe.We contacted HomeWorks to raise our concerns and were continually handed off to different people, each saying they needed to connect us with their manger or other team member. We did not receive calls with the information we were looking for until we threatened to dispute the claims. At that point we were told that the company has taken people to small claims court before for doing so, and the manager would contact us by end of day to discuss the situation. We did not receive a call from him at any point, and when we called to follow up we were told he had left for the day.In the end, we did not dispute the claims and paid for the service, but overall feel the experience was predatory. The tactics used to get us to agree to the service immediately felt dishonest, the pricing unreasonable in comparison to competitors, and follow up experience to be extremely lacking.The work may very well have needed to be done in such an urgent manner and the company may have had good reasoning for the pricing, however the way they handled the situation made us feel that they lack honesty and integrity.

I had them out to clean out a main line as preventative maintenance. Jake was on time right at 1pm (1-4pm window) and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will likely be signing up for their yearly service. I was very pleased.
